What are you using to kick the heat in? Reapers, 7 pods ? Sounds damn good though..

FIFY Iowa! I started with some beer as well. Flippin Good (brown ale with maple and vanilla) and will move onto some Derde Golf before the Jefferson.

I'll be popping the lasagna in the oven a little before kickoff. Not sure what the beverage of choice will be yet.

Thanks to @IowaRam post, I just crumbled up 4 Jay's Ghost Peaches in my cheese for poppers. That'll add much more kick.

Now you're getting into Chernobyl territory , (y)

Yes, didn't mean to post quickly but had to get poppers done. Nothing wrong with cayennes at all. Me and Mrs use them and super chili's in our mild chili. She can't handle the super hots. lol I grew some Reapers this past summer that were very stable on heat (scoville). I guarantee they were close to 2M. Definitely over the low rating of 1.5M. That is the salsa I'm eating today. I do like Jay's Ghost Red and Peach. Around 800 to 900K but a good flavor. Also love using Scorpion's. Have you ever used a chocolate? I plan on growing this year. :)

Me...

Crock pot chicken wings with @RamFan503 Pig Feathers "Ouch" BBQ sauce.

Hungarian Hot Wax poppers, stuffed with cream cheese and colby jack then wrapped in bacon.

The infamous cheese dip with Carolina Reaper salsa mixed in it.

Mrs. made a burrito mix up last night too, but doubt if I'll be hitting that today.

What's on your menu? Always looking for good ideas. Enjoy regardless fellow Ram fans!

Sounds great Dag.

I got lazy this year and ordered the Super Bowl Special from these guys :

http://www.texaslonestartamales.com/category/120598

Tons of premium tamales

I did make a large batch of guacamole, chili, and chicken enchiladas stuffed with sharp cheddar & cream cheese.

Of course, ... lime flavored margaritas and lots of Stella
