My Home made Chili! I take 3 days to cook it!! NO ONE makes it better!!
Always say my wife makes two versions of her chili
Three Mile Island version which is pretty hot
or
Chernobyl version which will eat a whole through the bottom of your bowl if your not careful
Once again, @Selassie I drops the mic on a food thread, lolz. I am making a metric ton of chili. 2lbs ground beef 2lbs sweet Italian sausage, 2lbs cubed NY strip. This will not be a PETA sponsored meal....
New Was supposed to go to a friend's party, but sick today. Just going to chill at home with some chicken wings, pasta, and Jefferson's Reserve.

Not sure what the beverage of choice will be yet.
Have a couple bottles of a cabernet, some Jack Daniels single barrel, some Makers Mark and some stout in the fridge and also have a variety of non alcoholic choices.Give us a hint?
Mix some cayenne peppers in there , their also good for ya , :fuelfire:Thanks to @IowaRam post, I just crumbled up 4 Jay's Ghost Peaches in my cheese for poppers. That'll add much more kick.

Hungarian Hot Wax poppers, stuffed with cream cheese and colby jack then wrapped in bacon.
The infamous cheese dip with Carolina Reaper salsa mixed in it.
Mrs. made a burrito mix up last night too, but doubt if I'll be hitting that today.
What's on your menu? Always looking for good ideas. Enjoy regardless fellow Ram fans!
