Yikes. We didn't draft any OL at all.

Kinda Why I through a hissy fits giving away 2 1st's again. Hope I am wrong about that!

This doesn't surprise me actually. Rich Hammond talked about it before the draft, said that if we thought about it, there's really nobody we would be picking up in the draft to be a day one starter, and the line was coming together by the end of the year, but early on injuries and inexperience doomed them.

Basically he thinks the line problems are actually over blown a little, while the unit probably isn't going to be like 2018, he thinks they'll be a fine line and good enough. I remember thinking before the draft we may not take a lineman at all on offense or defense.

I'm more surprised we didn't get more linebackers.

31st rated Oline last season. How much can they possibly improve?
Maybe we will be lucky and next year they will move up to being the 28th worst Oline. That’s great progress!! Woohoo!!

Your very response proves my point.

All I know is how to collect on my Rod points. Seems like you took everyone’s coins. I lost on St. Louis the last weekend of any sports before it all closed down.

Had a Wager that The Rams would not draft a Offensive Lineman. There was someone that wanted to bet real money, but disappeared?? Not that I wanted to or was afraid to wager.
Just the fact that McSnead believes in this group.

Come on man, seriously?

Corbett - year 3
Noteboom - year 3
Allen - year 3
Edwards - year 2
Evans - year 2

How much can they improve? A LOT.

I haven't fully had time to process it all yet, but I loved this draft. We now have:

2 RBs that are a threat in the passing game

4 average-above average WRs

3 good receiving TEs

And we added some pieces to our D that solidified every position group except ILB - our secondary and pass rush should be elite.

The OL was always going to be an unknown, even if we drafted five players this year.

McVay can now design plays for two RBs, 4 WRs and 3 TEs and any combos he wants to put in place. Added benefit of relieving the pressure to re-sign Reynolds, Everett, JJ and Ebukam

Worst starting 5 in the NFL and our depth behind is Noteboom, Allen, and Demby :ROFLMAO:

Over/under for Goff fumbles+INTs has to be 25. We have no chance with this line and no first rounder next year after we miss the playoffs again. We wont be able to run the ball and Goff under pressure lmao. But glad we got a 4th WR and 2nd round RB after spending a 3rd rounder on Henderson last year. Just great franchise management.

I won't say we don't have a chance. But we need a lot of things to go right. We'll see.

Bc hes terrible. Wouldnt be the first time we cut him.
Clearly you don’t know how depth charts are managed throughout the year.

There is no reason to cut a one armed man right now right after the draft. Those type of transactions generally happen around TC and mostly around preseason due to roster numerical regulations.

If my math is correct, which is suspect, it looks like we can improve 30 spots.

Now if we had a top 5 O line, then it would be hard to improve.

I do know how depth charts are managed. I stated a fact, and nowhere did I say we cut him now. He should have been released weeks ago. I believe STRONGLY that we could upgrade from him and could have in this draft. So like I said, the fact that he is still clogging a roster spot is an indicator we dont have that good of depth.
