White Castle Sliders

  • Wonderful tidbit of beefy joy

  • Disgusting thing resembling food that I only eat when hammered

  • Couldn't hold a candle to a Lemon Jelly Filled Donut

  • Rat Burger unfit for human consumption

  • Need more room in the booth for my fat ass

  • Give me a Crave Case to go

  • I'm too young to remember the Wendy's old lady

Remember the original McD's french fries. My mom would send me to McD's just to get a brown paper bag full of fries. I would eat about a third of the bag on the way home. Their fries aren't as good as back then.
That's a fact Jack. You have to wonder if any McDs regulars are more or less healthy now that they are using "healthier" oils. My guess is - not healthier - just disappointed.

As to WC burgers, I have only had them the one time so I don't have any history to go on and I don't even know if somehow that particular WC was a bad example. I have to admit to a certain morbid curiosity that will likely result in me trying them again. Maybe trying mustard or extra pickles as some have suggested. I may have to smoke a big ole fatty first though.

This thread is cracking me up.

I've never had food from WC.

My dinner during the night where this WC experience of Stu's went down... I had a killer spread at Ball Park Village. LOL

I remember it well.
Thanks, asshole.

I have never had WC, and not really sure I want to.

When I was a kid I worked at Teds in Meriden CT, home of the steamed cheeseburger. I still make em like that in my CIS with a fried egg on top

Anyone ever have Krystals? It's like White Castles but they dress their burgers with yellow mustard. Dusseldorf mustard is superior to yellow mustard in every way.

Im telling you if you go to a white castle again they serve breakfast all day now. get 4-6 sausage breakfast siders, they are the same size but not soggy, the sausage has good flavor, and they use a real fried egg on each one.

I may try that. I love a good breakfast samich. I was making egg McMuffins for the family before Micky D's ever came up with them. Mine had REAL Canadian bacon though.

The real point though behind going to a WC again, would be to see if my first impression will be my last. I'm all about second chances though I have to admit, there will be a certain amount of stomach anxiety going on before I take another bit of one of those rat burgers.

Sometimes also refered to as belly-bombers.

Yup... belly bombs... moida boigas... buy 'em by the sack!!

Can't get them where I live now... but, growing up? Loved them! The frozen ones suck.

As far as visual, just close your eyes... in fact, @RamFan503 probably should have closed his eyes upon entering the building!

Of course you were... comparing In-and-out to WC is like comparing a fully loaded Lexus to a stripped down Corolla.

But, like that stripped down Corolla you had when you were a kid, if you had WCs growing up, there's a real connection.

Don't know too many kids who had fully loaded Lexus's growing up.

For me, the interest in WC exponentially increases based on the amount of alcohol I consume
So you're saying I wasn't hammered enough. Ah yes... The Denny's Effect.
