Good point. I have had my order screwed up multiple times in every fast food place I've ever gone to. Carl's hasn't been too bad on that - Wendy's is atrocious about it. White Castle is 0 fer 1 in getting my order right. I have never had one thing missed or prepared wrong at an In n Out and I have frequented them maybe a hundred times over the years. That IS amazing.
