I took the question to be more in line with which former Ram that is currently playing.

I'd get John Johnson back if that were the case.

Former Ram? That would be a toss up between Ike, Jerry Grey, or Steven Jackson.

The last great dual threat player this team had - Mike Furrey

Or Big Pace or Deacon...

Well with John Johnson now gone I'm going with mebbe the best Free Safety in Rams history, Eddie Meador.
We put him at FS and let Fuller, Rapp and Burgess haggle it out at the other spot.
See ya'll in the Super Bowl!!

I was gonna say Aeneas Williams in that spot, but I never saw Meador play.

Only is we also got Joe Klopfenstein.....
Hey, try to be fair here.

OK, OK ... Klopfenstein (TE) was a mistake in the second round ... BUT ... you have to balance that out with one of the Rams' third round selections ... another TE! ... Dominiqu Byrd!!

Again, to be fair, those two did combine for 39 receptions ... in their Rams' careers!!!

At least they drafted Claude Wroten that year.

ED running the ball with this receiver corp? That would be pure insanity. I also would like to see what SJax could do with this offense around him. The guy was a beast and it is a shame that we were so gawd awful when he wore the horns.

Im taking one for offense and one for defense for *this* team.

Six time pro bowler Doug Smith at Center would polish off our line in what is our only glaring offensive weakness.

On defense, Linebacker London Fletcher was a tackling machine and we havent had one of those lately. In our current state, I have no idea wtf is happening with our protypical linebackers. Or we could go with Hacksaw to bring the intensity to match Aaron Donald. Im on the fence with that one because Hack ended things in a 49er uniform and his last couple years hurt my eyes.
