Seriously, though, I think re-signing McCeary and signing Flott would be the best options.

Here's the problem: we thought it had overhaul written on it last year and they didn't even draft any. I'm not confident they're gonna be real radical on this.

I will say, after today's game, I'd be willing to pay big bucks for the best CB on the market, which I believe is Jaylen Watson. Do that and draft another by the 2nd round and there's your overhaul.
This is different.

This group has underperformed badly this year and the team is likely to be eliminated due to them. On top of that 4 of this group may be gone this offseason.

2026 offseason will bring a corner overhaul. Bank it.

Reactions: Ram Ts and Ramstien
How much of the blame is on the talent level of this secondary especially CB or how Shula is playing them?

I don’t go back and study film after the games but one thing I remember is that Forbes and Durant are advertised as good zone coverage CBs. I believe they’re asked to do a lot of man coverage, which is not their skill set. Can anyone elaborate on that?

I've always been a big Darious Williams fan.. but he's undersized, 32, and has been injured.

Cut him and use the money for one CB FA.. I'm thinking McCreary is worth keeping as well.
Move on from Durant.
Keep Forbes to compete and for depth.
Draft one CB in the first two rounds.. and draft another in the late-mid rounds.
Any FA signing and draft picks need to be bigger and more physical.

It would be great to get *excellent* corners.. but this team would be that much better with just decent corners, imo.

That's one of the reasons I'd be okay trading back with one of those first rounders.

I'd like a CB, C, OT and WR taken in the first two rounds, if possible.

Well said, esp. the bigger CBs. I would love me some Riq Woolen, Alontae Taylor or Jaylen Watson. Then draft one in 2nd round.
I'd like a better center in the draft or another FA like stud center Tyler Lindenbaum (Ravens).
