Glad to see some (appropriately earned) optimism around here.

Still pissed about the modern "trend" of constant bitching and whining and second-guessing. (The GDT being the worst example).

Rams are fucking kicking ass. At least some posters have the good sense to enjoy it.

For the third straight year, Rams will be legit Super Bowl contenders, if not outright favorites.

Even with our shit show ST's, we were Super Bowl favorites, but it took only two players to get hurt (Lake and Adams), and everything kind of spiraled down hill a bit. And with that we were still able to wobble ourselves from only 5 points from the Super Bowl..... The only thing I'm worried about now is who's going to back up Stafford if the unthinkable happens.... We won't recover from that if Stetson is the backup....... I think it's imperative we resign Garoppolo for 2 years guaranteed $12-14 mil so I can sleep.

I can still see a scenario where Rams go "BIG" at CB3. Not the depth types like Durant, Forbes, Ahkello. But more like a Tariq Woolen or Delane or McCoy in Draft.

In the old days 2 corners were your "starters" and a 3rd would come in for nickel on 3rd down, now teams play with 3 corners on the field the majority of the time. A complete overhaul of our 2025 Cornerback room.

I'd rather have a speedy LB that's a beast in coverage but through FA.... TE's were having a field day with Landman.

Rams could find a starter/major contributor at LB in R2 of Draft but would likely have to trade up from R2.61 to get one of the following;
-Anthony Hill TX
-Jacob Rodriguez TX Tech
-Jeremiah Trotter MO
-Jake Golday CIN
Thoughts?

Those are great thoughts but....

Since the Stafford window is closing (2 more seasons if we are lucky) I think going with an experienced LB would be best for the Rams current window.

Certainly we can get lucky and find another Puka rookie type LB that makes an instant impact, but man I think we are running out of those luck of draw types..... lol

Weren’t you the guy pounding the table the last half of the year and early playoffs continually going on & on during games (& after) that this was NOT a Super Bowl contending team?

Do you even hear/read the stuff that you say? Talk about being loud & wrong all the time. Less is more guy. And so adamant all the time; then changing things to make it seem like you are not wrong. It’s ok to have bad opinions, as long as you accept the loss - that’s where you piss ppl off. If you are gonna have wild positions and be loud about it, then be a Man and stand behind it if/when it turns out you are wrong.

Nope........That was other people (cry babys) in those ridiculous game threads:

I always felt the Rams were a Super bowl team, even with the sloppy ST's and when they spiraled a bit after Lake and Adams went down. I strongly believe if we could score 30 plus points a game we were pretty much unbeatable, even with our defensive short comings.
