I'm reading the Cowboys forum with that super optimistic breakdown (the one that basically treated us like we were a 3-13 team). Some of the excuses are pretty hilarious. Here's a good one (in a thread titled "Why We Lost"):
"The Rams holding every freaking play has a little to do with it.

The long td run by Gurley... Heath was being held by his facemask and shoulder by Whitworth...unreal no call there."

Here's another lol:
"Not much of a 'refs screwed us guy'

But easy to dominate when you just offsides and hold all of the time"

I think what I wrote is just fine! Full on disagree with your characterization. If you can't handle that, you need to hit a table tennis forum instead!

There were a couple comments mentioning him by name. That was the last one I saw. It takes balls to go on another forum and talk football. We're all homers to some degree. I believe in not rubbing it in when we win (at least with the fans who had the balls to come over here and be challenged by us).

It was a play on what he said. He wrote:

"I can't get past the fact that the rams are so bad at stopping the run and our defense is so good.. It just doesn't add up or compute with me."

What I wrote in reply to that was fricking funny! Why don't you go bake the cowgirl fan a cake and help him out with his calculations while you're at it!

it made me blow some air out of my nose. glad I wasnt drinking milk when I read that lol

Here's another good one:
"Agreed. Plus, Zeke running out of bounds with 2:19 left in the first half and yet somehow the refs allowed the cheating home scoreboard operator to keep the clock going till it reached the 2 minute warning. I was like what the hell? That was 19 seconds they purposefully stole. Then on the long Gallup play, they marked him at the 2. CLEARLY he was just inside the 1. They even replayed it and those bassterds kept it on the 2.

These are BLATANT and NOT MISTAKES. No one makes these mistakes. They are on purpose my friend. This is a conspiracy to keep Dallas down. Plain and simple.

Had all of these things been handled honestly, I think Dallas wins this game."

In case you're curious, the Cowboys had to punt after the Zeke point he makes, so running time off the clock hurt us, not them (we had the GZ 63-yard miss). And they scored a TD after the Gallup play, so they weren't hurt by that at all. Gotta laugh at the conspiracy here.

I don't bake or calculate. I have law degree, not a math degree. Although, I do know this one: 30 > 22.

But he had so much experience watching games and players, he just knew they were so special. Prescott is the best leader ever with such an amazing desire to win and the players play so hard for Garrett (harder than any other team for any other coach ever)!
