I made blackened mahi tacos yesterday. I doubt I really do much cooking today. LOL. We have leftovers and it's a 1 o'clock game...

Keeping with the tradition, going to make some southern fried buttermilk chicken and waffles with bacon and bourbon maple syrup as it is the early game on the west coast. I'm thinking a Bloody Mary at kickoff would really hit the spot too.

Went on my buddies boat yesterday and he caught some taotog (black fish, so have a salt and pepper crusted fish on the grill, and some fresh oysters from his farm, some oyster rockefeller along with other crap

My wife just came to me and said she saw an ad for a Pizza Hut pizza inside of a giant Cheese It.

I told her I don't think I could get that high.

I just had some that I bought at Publix. I'd never heard of it let alone had it so I ate it plain and with a little lemon juice to see how it was. Pretty decent fish.
