Hahaha. I'm gonna make some kind of soup since I'll be doing a filet tenderloin on Wednesday. Maybe a ramen or a hot and sour. If the wife doesn't want Asian, mayve something more like a Manhattan clam chowder.

Saturday night is Steak night

We’ll have jalapeño poppers with cream cheese and cheddar and bacon wrapped.

A nice green salad.

Filets for the ladies, a Porterhouse for my son and an 18 oz Ribeye for me.

I like a Bombay Sapphire and Lemonade cocktail before dinner and tonight, we’ve got Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz with dinner.

Being lazy today.
Threw them in the slow cooker with beer, onion, bbq sauce, mustard and some hot sauce.

My little sister is a nurse and she pulled the Christmas day shift this year. So we have all piled up to my old mans house today for family Christmas. He's not a great cook but he made us an awesome roast beef and now we are getting wired into some SERIOUSLY nice wine, cheese and port.

What a time to be alive.
