Ehhh, idk. Depending on health and how “all-in” we go, I’d say I’d see us beating at least 14-15 of those opponents as it currently stands.

We got the short end of the stick compared to the Seahawks.

The different opponents are:

Rams - Bucs/Bills/Packers

Seahawks - Panthers/Patriots/Bears

Without even looking, I'm confident the projected win total for our three are all the same or higher than theirs. The frustrating thing is, this is one of the ways they won the division last year. We played Philly, they got hapless Washington. If those games were flipped, we both go 13-4 and we win the division. OR even if they beat Philly, if we beat Washington, after they beat us on the Thursday night game, we still would have been in first place and the Falcons game likely goes differently because we wouldn't have been eliminated from winning the West by kickoff.

Ehhh...I think it's a wash. Bryce Young and Caleb Williams could be better next year.

Yeah I'll take the three we drew over what Seattle drew. Chicago is going to be a primary contender in 2026. Patriots should be stronger with Maye having gotten that rookie playoff run off his chest. And the Panthers are a playoff caliber team.

If the Rams fix this defense the Bills are a winnable game. Bucs definitely winnable. And Packers are a goddamn annoyance but if we can actually stop their offense I like our chances.

I hope you are right, but I think the Bears backslide, the Packers take a LEAP and be what people thought they would be, while Tampa regains a stranglehold and the Patriots are an 8 win team next year.

Bears are going to be a problem. Williams learned a lot in that playoff run and should be better with another camp under his belt with that coach. Packers feel stagnant to me. Their QB isn't all that and Chicago will probably run the table in the division.

I'd love to be wrong there too believe me. Because it's going to be tough enough in the NFC without Chicago taking steps forward but I'm afraid that's coming.

Would you rather play three 1st place teams or three 2nd place teams? Honest question.

NFL schedule formula has worked by this principle for decades.

Ok then. Get some rest and take some NyQuil.
