I had to rewatch the video I missed his shove. He initiated the contact , she and her guy friend can claim self defense. Likely will be thrown out unless someone has criminal history.

Hard to tell from the angle but since he said "don't touch me" it can be assumed she was the one who initiated contact and if so. She don't got a leg to stand on.

It’s tough. From my 8 years in LE unless someone admits, there’s a better angle video, or enough witnesses give darn near exact testimony/statements I can’t see this going to far unless someone pushes the issue.

I don't know about where other people are from, but where I'm from, putting your hands on a woman is going to get you slapped, and everything after that is just going to make things worse for you.

The question is was she in fact touching him. If she was then what sort of response do you expect? Where I'm from you keep your hands to yourself unless you're ready for consequences that follow. Point is if she initiated contact then he's well within his right to defend himself.

He could also be pointing a finger in her face while she reacts by pulling her head back, the angle doesn't make this clear.
While I agree that if any man engages a woman physically first, he should get the stomping, but again, it's just not clear here yet, perhaps other photos will emerge that straighten the matter out. jmo.
