i would love to weigh on the
"great ownership" of stan kroenke and his children in denver. But yea, i think i would like to stay posting on this forum because i would curse them all until that entire family had ownership taken away from them.

You did more than ask a simple question. You said it would be a travesty and reason to dislike the owner of the Rams if he wasn't at the game, but he was at the game. It was reported by the press and and by eye witness fans/posters. Smells a little like a smear job to me...
Nothing of the sort. You might want to visit an ENT specialist.

It was a simple question and it would be a travesty for any owner to not attend the opening game of their franchise.

It wasn't "reported" oher than JT saying it was a rumor. Quite a different thing. You weren't there, so I'll discount what you said.

But CoachO was there and I'll believe his post as the only definitive proof Kroenke showed up. Of course, that came well into the thread.

Like I said, I hope you get your wish... if not, a lot of time and effort was put into something that will likely die.

Funny, I thought I had opened ROD. STLToday's layout is looking a little different.

Doing something you enjoy, like playing golf, or following the Rams is never a waste of time...

Yeah, JJ is also the GM of the Cowboys so he's obviously very invloved with the day to day of the team. Kroenke is more a a stay in the background/delegator type.

How is that a smear job? Is that a simple question enough for you? He asked and was answered with an eyewitness 3 pages later, and then asked the thread to be locked. So again I ask, how was it a smear job?

You apparently don't understand how things actually work here. The concessions and parking et al have nothing to do with Stan.

Buying the "cheapest to ticket you can find" on the secondary markets does nothing to hurt the bottom line of the organization as these tickets were already purchased for full price and are being resold by brokers or ticket holders who choose not to attend the games.

.... the concession revenue does not go to the Rams.

But you seem quick to want to take a shot at the local fanbase for "not showing up". Easy to comment from halfway across the country.
Thank you, post of the day. And for the record, the fans who were there represented very, very well. As I and many others have said in other threads, the noise was deafening and the Seahawks fans who attended were drowned out.

It's very sad to see our Rams opener with so little people in the stands. Either way it seems by not showing up your hurting the team.

Personally I like Stan as an owner. He might not be Jerry where he tells you what he's thinking but he isn't trash either. He's just playing billionaire poker holding his hand close to his chest.
I get what you're saying, but go read the quotes from the players. They were pumped because of the fan support at the game. No, it didn't sell out, but the place was far from empty. The diehards there represented.
