I saw the tweet saying Cam Thomas was being re-signed by the Rams, but many here are also saying Ayers is also coming back. What is the source for that statement?
Jeff Fisher's press conference.
While we’ve seen the Los Angeles Rams set their 53-man roster, as well as their practice squad over the past two days, it seems as though the drama isn’t finished just yet.
At least, not if you ask head coach Jeff Fisher. According to
Myles Simmons of the team’s official website, Fisher stated that the team is ‘not done’ when it comes to making roster moves.
He also made a statement that probably left a few players on the current 53-man roster a bit concerned. Fisher made it known that this group of players is not going to be the one that the team is heading to San Francisco for Week 1 with.

It’s a pair of interesting quotes from Fisher, as you really have to wonder what all of this means. Realistically, how much could the roster change within the next few days? While we’ve seen a few surprising cuts and changes to other team’s rosters, the Rams haven’t made any moves themselves to this point.
Keep an eye on Los Angeles for the next week, because we could be in for a ride.
