It’s not rocket science.

Wade’s gameplan was horrible.

Then Wade failed to adjust.

Bucs Oline gabe Winston all day.

Goff was pressured 30 times in one game. Which might be a record.

The season is early.

On to two division games and claiming the division.

The Chiefs ans Pats looked like shit to.

Kinda reminds me of a playoff-bound Rams team in 1988 that was supposed to blast the then Phoenix Cardinals but instead got blasted 41-27. I don't recall a good Rams team ever getting blasted by a team with a losing record while giving up 40+ points. So yeah, a pretty embarassing major upset.

This is the kind of stuff that needs to stop. Bring an actual logical response, not over emotional responses to things you don't like. Toxicity is not welcome here. Nobody is happy, doesn't mean you get to throw a temper tantrum and attack anyone.

*Run game: Doesn't exist
*Screens: Don't work
O-line: Wack
Goff's turnovers: Killing me slowly
McVay: Turning into the stereotype of Andy Reid
Defense: Bad day after looking like a top 10 unit the first 3 weeks

At least the special teams didn't fall apart.

*These two things keep this team behind the sticks and create shitty long distance situations.

Don’t let the door hit you in the way out ... seems like you may have had one too many hit to the heads already

Why aren't people just saying what I've been saying all along? That both Blythe and Havenstein suck! Just watch the right side and forget the rest. They were targeting both Blythe and Havenstein because neither one can handle speed.

Look I missed the entire first half. But watch the first possession of the 3rd qtr. Blythe blows 3 or 4 blocks on that possession alone. In that second half he allowed free runners at Goff by not even trying to block guys. They ran right past him as he stood there duuuhhhh. Other times they shoved him out of the way and continued on to Goff. People here were uber critical of Demby, well I'm telling you that Demby would have been an upgrade to that miserable performance by Blythe.

Both Havenstein and Blythe need to be backups, this year and they need to find out if Edwards can play RT and Shelton or Brewer can play RG. Teams are going to keep targeting that right side especially after this game. I have never seen an 0-lineman simply stand there and let a free blitzer run right by him without trying to even slow him down but Blythe did it at least once. Blythe allowed the sack and on that 4th down INT it was his guy that caused the pressure to blowup the play. Go ahead and watch it.

What's happening all too often is that they will wait a second and when Blythe turns to double with Havenstein they simply blow right by Blythe. He simply ignores his gap assignment way too many times. A lot of the times Havenstein doesn't need that double. Speed and or a strong bull rush will beat Blythe.

I'm glad a power outage caused me to miss the first half. The second half made me sick. Why they continue to allow Blythe and Havenstein to start is beyond me. Both are second tier talents.

At the very least they should move Rob to RG and Edwards to RT. Havenstein is fine if he doesn't have to protect the edge. Blythe is a backup talent and has no business as a starter.

Washington would be silly not to entertain a 3rd and a josh Reynolds maybe a 2nd and mike Thomas .....offensive line is so critical to everything and even though saffold wanted more money it's not so much letting him walk it's more the timing. Goffs assention was at the peak off offensive lines play tinker wth the line tinker with goffs career and physche.

Well, we're finding out how our run-blocking O-Linemen perform when they have to pass block 80% of the game. What others said... needs to be a mix, and you obviously can't fall behind that far early in the game because a lot of your gameplan goes out the window.

Your last point about third and long.
This is a Crux of a lot of troubles.
When facing 6 or 7 man fronts with the A gaps filled.....well, makes it hard to run.
Everyone complains about the lack of running. But, if they ran twice and had third and 8s consistently, well, different complaint about the same situation....third and long.
I don’t see any quick fixes coming. ESP before Thursday.
The more disturbing part to me was the defense. Total regression to last years D.

Funny how last year some of us dared to say he "wasn't elite" after 6 good games and we were the laughing stock of the board.

that being said.. way too much is being put on the offense.

The offense did enough to win the game... we gave up 48 pts on defense. and yeah the turn overs helped... but if you were watching the game - we couldn't stop them at all

I still think Goff is elite. No QB can function with an OL like showed up today. Our O schematically isn’t friendly to OL breakdowns.

Brady in Belichick’s EP offense and zero OL help could still function. And they did. Their OL was trash for years.

Our system REQUIRES solid OL play. Will it be better later in the year or next year? Hope so, but in the short term we’re gonna see nothing but interior blitzes and that damn 6-1 front until we figure it out.

And yeah, Goff had a very mediocre day and still threw for 517 yds.

Ask Bucs fans what a bad Jameis Winston day looks like...

I'm all for trading for Trent Williams. Our O-line is trash and Havenstein is getting whipped on the edge. Give me William's at LT, Whitworth at RT, and Havenstein at LG or RG. He'd be the mauler we need at Guard and our edges would be set.

Getting lit up at home by a below average Winston is very troubling.
Nothing positive to build on happened on either side of the ball .

I'd be open to making a move but i wonder if we're seeing the lack of pre season snaps with the new OLine pieces rearing its ugly head here. I think our front line can play but there seems to be quite a bit of finding some chemistry on the fly as a result.
