There is the scary side of this whole ordeal, where the Raiders cut Brown, he signs with the Pats on a non-guaranteed contract, and suddenly he starts acting like a normal human being.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Or any NFC contender.

Local sports talk here is saying they think he will get suspended then cut.

And the NFL can discipline him afterwards.

what a train wreck. I just don't understand how some people can't get out of their own way. They think they are bigger than the team, and creating a cancer in the locker room. I suspect this is why a lot of players are cut that are solid players. We don't hear about what goes on behind closed doors. Thing is with AB is he's very vocal about his thoughts.

Social media is the downfall of our society atm and I can't understand why most people don't see it.

Think he wouldn't punch Bill Belichick? I think he would.

What a douchenozzle. Brown needs to go away from the game. Far away. Thank fate we have guys like Woods, Cooks, and Kupp instead of someone like Brown.

Threatening to punch the GM in the face? In front of others?? He should be done with the Rau-duhs, and possibly most of the rest of the leagues GM's...LOL

Well, Michael Thomas (the Saints receiver, not ours) took a shot at Mayock in defense of Brown. Something about Mayock not being able to scout talent, since he rated five receivers ahead of him. I don't have Twitter, so I can't post it.

Just proves that douchenozzles tend to stick together.

They won't release him, what they should do is void all his guaranteed money after this year. He still will be under contract but must play to get paid. Personal conduct clauses should allow the Raiders to simply void all his guaranteed money.

What a complete idiot he is. And Thomas isn't very smart because you better believe the Saints FO knows what he's saying. You know that won't sit well with them. I hope Thomas keeps it up. LOL

I hope Brown doesn't have CTE considering his recent antics. He kept a relatively low profile during his tenure in Pittsburgh

Welcome to the Real NFL Mike Mayock.

Where your player evalutions actually do matter and can be detrimental to a franchise.

You a long way from Starbucks Homey. This aint the NFl Draft analyst chat room.

Note to GMs... Big paychecks don't fix guys who don't love the game. Pay the dudes you know will still have their hearts in it when they're makin bank.

McVay is always talking about his key players as guys who love the game. There are no doubt also other factors at work in terms of who gets on the Rams roster, and who gets the big extensions, but this seems to be a fundamental principle for the team under McVay.

Who didn’t see this coming?

I mean, I guess, there is some surprise to it. But also, not really.

Weird.

Our society coddles youth, and this is what happens when they “grow up”.
