IDK. Donald may continue to play until he’s no longer having fun. Gotta believe additional pass rush help snd more ‘W’s will make it more fun for Donald. On the other hand He may lose his desire to keep playing if he has to carry the full load for the pass rush snd the team ‘W’s become fewer.

Not sure if that’s bullshit to try and create value.
 
Wonder what the Rams are asking for as far as trade value for Akers, a 6th or 7th round pick?

Nothing in life is certain however the way his contract is written basically allows him i think an out whenever he wants it but while three years the first two seem to be the understanding of playing. Regardless though there are ways and the cap will continue to increase.
 
We need a fucking running back. Nothing has changed. Maybe losing to Shanahan will help McVay see it.

The OL is shit. We cannot afford to go one dimensional with this group. We have to start running the fucking ball. So to succeed it will require improvement by the OL but also a real goddamn back. Enough of these passcatchy shitter backs. Jesus.

Right now this loss took the fun out of this deadline. I actually wouldn't mind a crazy shake up. Where was ban Jefferson btw. That's so suspicious to me. Hurt? Or trade bait? The whole thing is weird maybe in the Brian Burns trade just puzzling.

Don't waste the top 2023 picks, but more than ever if we can land Burns for a combination of 2024/25 picks and/or a few players, then i'm all in.
I'm still unfazed, bring me E.R. Brian Burns & RB D'Ernest Johnson asap. Move Shelton (upon his return) to LG immediately.

I want to give you shit for throwing in the towel but I have to admit it makes a lot of sense. Can McVay go along with that type of tactic though. I'd hate to push him a year early to the media side.
 
If the Rams don’t trade Akers, they can’t waltz his ass back on to the field in horns.
Get Hunt or any other rb out there unless Williams is good to go next week.
 
I'm so drained the loss and can't wait til the deadline passes. I hope they do something drastic either way at this point meaning whatever direction they want to go. However I'd like to defend our title the way we got here but I trust the front office.
