I'm really trying to give Clemens some slack but he just keeps turning the ball over when he absolutely can't. The defense sucked against the run today but I can't help feeling that we would of won the last two weeks with Bradford. (or anyone else for that matter).
We're 3-6 and should be 5-4. It's one thing to just get beat, it's another to keep losing games you absolutely shouldn't. I'm so sick of losing games because we beat ourselves.
Yes, I'm still not sold on Shotty's play calling. Are we ever going to get Austin involved? (aside from one overthrow). We've found a diamond in Stacy but that doesn't mean we should completely rely on a rookie to carry us.
Lastly, I have no idea what to make of this defense. We destroy Seattle who is a much better team, but we let CJ go nuts. Can we have some consistency please.
Bad loss, again.
I'd like to see Austin or Quinn get a chance. Let's be honest, will it make much difference or get any worse? Can only be better at this point.
Ok, onto next week.
austin was somewhat involved, look who's throwing to him.
over shoots him on the wide open pass, I was screaming at the TV on the TD pass to Cook.He looked way open at the top.
Clemens locking on to receivers is driving me nuts cause he does it when it matters most it seems

ah gotcha -even with all the terrible and errid passes to bigger receivers,i guess that was their fault too right?A normal sized WR would catch that pass. His size IS an issue. When you have a catching radius his size, you need the accuracy of fricken Aaron Rodger or Drew Brees. It's not fair for the QB. I'm REALLY getting tired of the excuses for Austin. He didn't have a single catch. He has trouble getting open, beating press coverage, catching the ball, and understanding the plays. The Rams used the 8th pick in the draft AND their 2nd round pick for someone that can't even get involved in the game half way through the season? That's terrible.

or did those just happen to be the only erratic passes for a qb who has known to have accuracy issues?
Clemens wasn't the problem today. You'd have a point if this were last week.
i beg to differ - they were a fair amount of bad passes and some thrown way behind the guy, others way over. some of those 3 and outs are on his shoulders
yep - totally on austin for beating his corner CLEAN off the line and having more than enough to easily land that throwYou're right. It's all his fault. Austin is also winning offensive rookie of the year, too.
The 1st series of the game resulted in a Titans score pretty much due to Rams making penalties, 3 or 4 plays in a row.
Run D, where you at?
Why was there no DPI on the Titans on the 2nd to last play of the game when Pettis tripped? Did he trip himself or did someone push him?
Legs tangled? Don't remember. Just tossing that out. Many times the refs won't throw a flag if they think their legs got tangled. I'd have to see it again.
wrong thread to read after a loss...I'm glad a didn't watch this game... after reading about it after the fact on this site.
Seriously... But let's face it, with the qb down it is what it is. It's player development time.wrong thread to read after a loss...
