I guess I worry less about what people do in their own lives, glass houses and all that. I never cared for him as a college coach and thought it was a bad hire though I couldn't care less what he does off the field as long as he's not killing or hurting somebody.

I'm just happy that Kahn was not able to purchase the Rams. Can you imagine? Ugh.

Anonymous Jaguars Player Has Telling Comments on Urban Meyer

By Andrew Holleran of The Spin.

Basically shows that Meyer has zero credibility in the locker room. He only apologized to position player groups individually instead of the whole team, and lied about what he did (said that the woman and him were randomly dancing). Needless to say, nobody on the team believes his version of events.

That's why it's a big deal. Not just because of his family (and his cultivated image as a "family man", which would quickly be disproven by this, as well as the fact that he recruited scum like Aaron Hernandez), but because he's a liar and his team has no faith in him anymore. And once you've lost the locker room, there's almost no way to get it back.
Yep. It’s not good when the team doesn’t respect the coach. Even more so when the coach doesn’t genuinely hold himself accountable.

I guess moral rights don’t count.I hear in Dallas they’ll give you a $10’000 reward for spying on the glass house neighbors you can call up on.You don’t even have to be in the State? You could have just known from a Cowboys fan about there girlfriends gossip.

Yeah - Urban Myer would have been perfect at Michigan State.Wonder how things would have went down if Savanna was still there instead of Alabama? I’d say Saban has a lot more Integrity & always been for his players first.

The fact Myers brings up Lawrence is CRAP!! It’s sort of funny your the Poster that ALWAYS starts the what players are getting into trouble off the field. Now all of a sudden you don’t care about a HC.Those are supposed to be the leaders & hold players & team accountable for certain standards.

Just looking back at say a Terrel Owens. How did he always make the news & was always talked about. Is eating popcorn & being entertaining a bad thing? I was never a FAN. Maybe it was a Hate for SF,Dallas, but Andy Reed it was ok? Andy had trouble with his own kids.Drugs(theft) & then what happened before the SuperBowl this year.Wonder if it was a distraction.MADD & Leonard Little I guess someone might have died.Just think it’s a hard choice when you have to take the keys from someone who has been drinking? Do you call the police from a good friend or a Loved one.Do you fight them for the Keys?Once a drunk person made up there mind it’s almost impossible to change there minds with logic.

I hate Urban Myers & the Fact he had a FREE OHIO STATE shirt on just shows how F’d UP College Football PlYers not getting paid has been. They can’t even buy a shirt to autograph & sell.

TMZ showed the grinding and stink finger stuff then later shows a different woman with Meyer that night and says it’s the same person whose as he was playing with. They aren’t the same two women. Their shirts aren’t even alike. Different hair too.

I know it’s not so relevant but I found it to be odd.

Just heard Meyer will not be returning with the rest of the Jags after the game against Miami in London. Instead he’s organised a night out with Wayne Rooney. Urb and Wazza are kindred spirits apparently.

WTF is this? Who was the naked dude that entered the room/trailer?
Looked like they were on a boat to me and the dude came inside to make a drink. I think he was in a bathing suit, not his birthday suit, haha...

Dude swings and it sounds like his wife knows. Could care less.

Doing it somewhere national media is going to pick up on it? Not smart, but still don't get the outrage

It’s not outrage at getting caught. It’s the whole hypocritical Meyer at how he treats his players and all. Look up the way he handled Lawrence and his bachelor party. Now see Meyers actions. It’s constant with this guy. He’s lost the locker room. That’s the problem. You can’t coach men if they no longer respect you. Not for what he did with the chick - but how he’s a hypocrite, etc. Do as I say, not as I do. That won’t work with men.

he also has no dignity and many other issues that are easily found in his past. But those were known.

So, I tried this move on a chick once at a bar. It ah, didn't go over to well.

i think it's called, uh, sexual assault. lucky she didn't call the cops on you. unless she was your date.

this girl didn't flinch. which means she's used to guys feeling her up in clubs. what a date she would be, the lucky old bastard.

And I don’t understand how some people don’t get how this looks.

Men cheat on their wives. Yes, it happens.

But it’s the optics. You’re the damn head coach of a professional football team. Your team is winless after another loss. You get back on that damn plane, and you fly your ass back to Florida with your team. You don’t stay behind to play grab ass all right. And you sure as hell don’t lie, and say you’re just visiting family. The fucker even put his Ohio State pullover on so he can forget his current failures and remember the good times.

Can you imagine McVay putting on a Redskins shirt, and going out to party after a loss, and leaving the Rams to fly back home? I couldn’t.

It's very difficult but I could imagine it. I would also be very disappointed in him.

What I can NOT imagine is Sean McVay not rushing home to be with his beautiful fiancee.
If he did that, I would lose all respect for the man.

And Urban says that he prides family above all else. Cheating on your spouse is anything but.

Personally, I don’t give a shit if Urban’s cheated on his wife. It’s the utter hypocrisy that gets me, as well as his win at any cost, no matter how reprehensible the crimes your stars and coaches committed are.

Same. Just like I didn't get the outrage over Tiger Woods.

It's his marriage and it's between him and his wife.

Now if he lied to the team, then deal with THAT.

But honestly, why do I care if some dude cheated on his wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/whatever? Answer is that I don't. I'm not looking to any sports stars for marital advice.

If anything, they could come to me.
