Jacksonville had the 9th overall pick in 2020; and selected the 2nd CB (C.J. Henderson).

Urban Meyer comes in, and trades Henderson for an average veteran TE and an exchange of draft choices that should represent the Jaguars selecting about 40-45 spots higher (a late #3 for a very high #5).

Should Henderson turn-out to be a good player, Jaguar fans have ten years to lament the "Urban-Meyer-Experience".

I would disagree, he is no failure on the field. He took over a team that is one of the worst in FB. Turning that mess around will take time. There would be other way to try to quit other than this.

Anonymous Jaguars Player Has Telling Comments on Urban Meyer

Basically shows that Meyer has zero credibility in the locker room. He only apologized to position player groups individually instead of the whole team, and lied about what he did (said that the woman and him were randomly dancing). Needless to say, nobody on the team believes his version of events.

That's why it's a big deal. Not just because of his family (and his cultivated image as a "family man", which would quickly be disproven by this, as well as the fact that he recruited scum like Aaron Hernandez), but because he's a liar and his team has no faith in him anymore. And once you've lost the locker room, there's almost no way to get it back.

The issue is that after a loss he told his team he wasn't flying back with them to spend time with family only to have video of him spending his time at his bar without family fingering a strangers ass instead. And then have to cancel team meetings to deal with the drama. If it was McVay doing that after a loss this place would need to be locked down for a few days.

Nothing against our Bruddas up in Ohio... but I thought the exact same thing. That hooch is Grade A. I actually double checked to see where this happened at first because she is so hot. College towns are all loaded though.

It totally confused me at first because I watch these nuts on YouTube that are in Ohio who have what they call a fish rescue. I can't stop watching them because they are such a train wreck and they don't really have any self awareness. The ladies I see who come in and out of their place are all really rough at best. I've actually asked myself if there are any attractive babes in that area because of this. They are somewhere close to Cleveland though.
