Giving this game away, will come back to haunt us. Difference between going to Philly or GB , or playing a home playoff game. It feels like a severe gut punch , and it will last awhile

Adams has to.make that catch. Period. Pula nearly hauled in a miracle catch off the guy's helmet on a poorly thrown ball. The guy catches everything. Was it an easy catch? No.

But Adams was brought in to make that and he failed.
Puka was PI on that ball too.

The CB never looked back on the ball and was pushing Puka away from the ball the entire time.

We beat them and they know it. Two blocked FGs refs smelling up the joint.

It’s early and this will give us the fire we need.

They know we are the better team and they do NOT want to play us in the playoffs m.

It’s amazing that McVay’s red zone play calling is still so goddamn awful. Ref talk is loser talk. Don’t leave points on the field.

What I saw was the DB thru his hands in and got lucky to have the ball find his hand.

We would have had a DPI for faceguarding.

Not sure I blame DA on that pass.

Have you guys not learned anything about this team. They thrive on failure to push them forward. Don't give up on the SB till it is over.
I haven't given up! I just don't see how people can be so sure a re-match will be a Rams win. We only have 1 loss. Philly will lose some games and has not looked great in any of their outings. We could easily win the NFC.

I never hear this mentioned anymore, is it still a thing, does anyone including the reffs even understand the PI rule? Is it a rule or an outline left up to interpretation? it certainly isn't called consistently.

Take solace in that if the Rams stay healthy they can beat anyone. The eagles needed like 7 things to go right in that last quarter alone... and went 7-7.

Probably one the toughest losses in McVay's tenure. They have to move on and win these next two and then hit that mini bye after the Thursday Niners game. 4-1 after week 5 would be fine.

offensive line is almost more important than QB. Every year we have injuries to our best and the backups can't play.

Pro scouts need to earn their money! This team is close. We need another Doctsosn. Or Corbett. Someone that can come in and play well that others team for whatever reason cannot use correctly or are casting off. Current situation is dire. Worst ranked pass protection in the NFL apparently, with 2 o-lineman gimpy.

Everybody but Jackson ,Avila , and Dotson can go frfr

The Rams ran out of gas on defense. No to little pressure in the second half...

I hate the three-man rush Shula called, which gave Hurts so much time on a 3rd and long...

Momenteum was a fleeting feeling today for the Rams, yet they had a chance to win at the end.

On third a shorts I would really love to focus on getting the first down and not taking deep shots.

Same here, it's fucking ridiculous to take deep shots on that play. JUST GET THE FUCKING FIRST DOWN!!!

Same in the red zone. If we are running the ball well, keep running it GDI. Far too often McVay gets pass happy when we have a first and goal. And it's even less excusable with Limmer in there, because he's a terrible pass blocker but is at least OK on run blocking. Why expose your weakness? Corum and Williams were both running fairly well today (although I think Corum needs even more carries).

We really need to get our interior OL healthy, that hurt us in this game. And while I'd still like us to take a QB next year, we should spend the rest of the draft going after OL and DBs.

On D, WTF is with DBs never getting their heads turned around? One of the things that separated Ramsey in his prime was that he almost always got his head turned around and was able to bat balls away. That first big play to AJ Brown is easily stoppable if (I think it was) Durant just gets his head turns around and locates the ball to bat it away.

There definitely needs to be a serious sit down with McVay and the ST coach. His worst staff move since he's been with the Rams was to let Bones get away.

As for the officiating, it did suck. The loss can't be pinned on that, especially with two blocked kicks, either of which would have provided the margin for victory. But they were still awful, and maybe if they're a little better it doesn't get to the point that those two kicks even matter.
