Looking at the whole thing it's pretty messed up. Hate the niners but. He didn't pay a prostitute, didn't have sex with a prostitute, there wasn't even a prostitute involved. What did he do? Apparently he got entrapped in a gross overreach by Ohio law. If he's guilty of agreeing to pay a woman for sex doesn't that woman have to exist? What if he did pay her but didn't have sex with her? Is that a crime? This is just gross entrapment.

Usually for something like this, the stay at jail is maybe for a few hours before bail is posted and the sentence is usually a fine and maybe probation.

The 2 million in jail are for much serious crimes.

However, in this case it looks like 2 days in total which seems weird to me.
 
York definitely Seems pretty sleezy but that is exacerbated by his 49ers taint.

Funny how Kyle within the corrupt confines of shady San Fran can have his incident suppressed but poor ole Jed the a wealthy owner gets busted in rural Ohio and it is front page news within the same day.

The other GM's only gave up the Capital commensurate with his talent, which wasnt much. He's probably deserving of what he is, hanging on by a thread as a QB2/QB3 in this League. Only the Niners have egg on their face as it relates to Lance, not the teams who came after.
