Ratboy could get some bum from down the street to run the ball for them and get results.

I was really hoping The Bears would somehow beat the 49's the way they beat us. I just noticed DA' BEARS have lost 7 in a row. I have layed off the "cheapskate" ownership comments this season, about The Bears, as they actually spent some money on talent this year. But, sadly for the poor Bears fans, they have the same losing culture. My thoughts now for Bears ownership; Just save your money if you're still going to come in last in the division. My goodnes, only the Giants and Panthers have a worse record than The Bears in the entire NFC. Rams have to lay the wood to the 49's this Thursday!

I just hope the Rams don't have a bit of an emotional letdown after yesterday's big win. On a short week. They could be flying high but they gotta get to work right away. This game is every bit as big, if not more so.

I know stats don’t tell the entire story, but…

The Niners sacked Caleb Williams 6 times. Purdy was sacked once.

Kittle had a big game against the Bears and so did Jennings. They can hurt us. The Niners will be using a fourth string RB.

In the locker room speech McVay said right off it’s a short week and we need to get healed up and ready for a short week. I like the Rams chances. The entire offense is the same as it was last year during the second half run, except for Limmer and he’s an upgrade.

The defense is obviously a concern but the Rams beat the Niners with a lot of injuries to start the season.

I think the Rams will be ready in every game till the end of the season.

Agree with what your saying although I wish that Higbee were available. It would make Rams even more deadly.

I think McVay and Stafford are in a zone. 11 TDs in their last 20 possessions. The offense is the reason we're in this position and the offense will be the reason we are successful to finish the season.

We heard all about Kamren Curl and Kam Kinchens being 'big hitters'. We need them to show it this week.

The Brock Purdy contract will be real interesting, it’s almost the Daniel Jones sitch again. Pay him top 5 QB money and it crushes the franchise.
Or, Call his bluff, offer him a decent but not crippling deal and let him see what the market dictates.

I hope they pay Purdy 60 million a year. He's not elite. Pay him and you're stuck looking for bargain basement guys to round out the roster. Don't pay him. Let him walk after the season and they are in QB purgatory once again.

My guess is they don't pay him and then franchise tag him the next offseason if he isn't that bad. If I was their brass I would not be convinced he's worth top dollar. I'm sure his agent will want they type of money a top quarterback gets. Might even advise him to sit out camp until he gets a deal. Although he doesn't seem like the type to do that. We'll see.

They should Offer him like a 2 year, 30 mill extension but hopefully you’re right and they sign him for 50 mill +

The whiners are just falling apart. Deebo crying about not getting the ball enough and then he drops what could have been a game-changing TD right in his hands. Then De'vondre Campbell refuses to play after two other linebackers get injured and walks off the field during the game, then Purdy throws a pass right to Darious Williams effectively shutting down whatever chance they had of winning, all the while CMC and Trent Williams watched from their warm, dry suites. I am so loving this!!!!!! Oh, and did I mention that the Rams knocked them out of their last chance at the playoffs? LOL!!! Great game. Great game.

I like to browse their message board after they lose. Looks like Purdy is no longer the sure fire Hall of Famer they said he was during the offseason. They pretty much agree he should not be paid like the better quarterbacks. The fact that they were so concerned about the weather before the game is telling. They know he's not a bad weather quarterback.

A few of them think he should get something similar to Baker Mayfield. 3 year $100 mil. But they also admit Baker has a much better arm. I find it amusing that once again, a quarterback they proclaimed as the next great one is showing his true ability when things around him are not perfect.

There's a reason he was drafted so late. He might be better than his draft position, but I would argue a number of quarterbacks would look good with the team he had around him the last couple years before this season.
