There is a noticeable absence of "Pineapple and Ham",
just sayin....
And anybody saying mayo, the most vile creation of man, is dead to me! The world would be a better place without mayo in it.

Lettuce, tomato, onion, 1000 island. But that burger better be seasoned and medium rare.

No mayo, no sandwich. I chose 1000 island because it has several ingredients, but most of all MAYO.

Thousand island.
( I like mayo and ketchup)

Crisp Iceberg lettuce.
(Don't give me a soggy spring mix)

Tomato
( or swap for grilled, white onion. I've tried grilling different onions, but the white onion just taste the best. Red, yellow and Vidalia just weren't nearly as good to me)

American Cheese
(Don't get cute with my chese either. If it's not melted, then don't even bother putting cheese on it)

**as far as the bun. I prefer it soft and toasted.
Steamed on top of the patty, as the cheese melts, is how I usually finish it off.

1) Thick slice of crispy pork belly

2) A runny yoke fried egg

3) Slice or two of a homegrown tomato

4) Extra mayo

Only for deviled eggs. Keep that shit away from my sammich.
Great for deviled eggs.
I also prefer it in tuna over mayo.
Mayo just adds a bitter flavor to tuna that I don't care as much for.

Everything else, I go with Mayo.
I'm not making a sandwich without it either.

Plain mayo is gross. At least flavor it with ketchup, Sriracha, garlic or herbs. Otherwise, keep it off my sandwich and go back to Europe (they love it on their chips and fries)!
