He did pretty damed good last year in snow in Philly. But that poster feels our defense is the worst in the league when Chicago's is much much worse.

lol..... That's an awful name (soul taker)..... That's more of a fit for Ozzie and or Ronnie James Dio... lol..

Been saying it for weeks, but you have to keep a QB guessing. A few Landman blitzes started really causing issues for Young.

We need more 5-6 man blitzes to get the QB uncomfortable and getting the ball out quick and before WRs are in routes.

This is the way to cover for a suspect secondary. A few turnovers change the entire game. And so what if you give up a TD. YOUR gonna give them up anyways if you play soft.

And while your at it Shula, get your guys playing some man coverage, soft zones all day are for losers.

I agree. Look at what the Patriots did to the Chargers last night. They pressured Herbert all game long, lining up in different looks all the time. The Rams are so predictable it makes it easy on the OL to know who to block. I'm also wondering if McVay isn't behind the "bend but don't break" philosophy because Shula's defense is looking a lot like Raheem's.

The Patriots didn't look all that great either.... The score was 9-3 going into the 4th quarter and with the Chargers offensive line letting the Patriots take free shots at their QB all game..... I'm not at all a Charger fan but I started feeling bad for their QB.

the Chargers O line is str8 up garbage

read a stat Sunday morning saying that 22% of offensive plays the Chargers ran, Herbert was under pressure and scrambling

Suddenly we lose if Caleb has an "average game". In part, I agree. He's completed more than 59.9% of his passes in a game 6 times this season and they're 2-4. When he completes less, they are 9-2.

We had better review what the Lions DC did because Detroit held them to 16 and 21 points in their 2 games.

Well we're not the vaunted Denver Broncos :sunglasses:but I wouldn't call our DBs untalented. Some Bronco fans might though.:thinking:

Should we focus on the Bears offense, or the Bears defense?

The Bears are:
#23 in yds allowed
#25 in TDs allowed
#23 in Pts allowed
#22 vs the Pass
#27 vs the Run
#22 in sacks
#29 in rush yards/att

Maybe we could get away giving up 30 and still winning the game?????
