Jelly has got the heath advantage. One of its ingredients was a fruit at one point.

The people caught on and it became a common prank to slip one lemon-filled jelly donut in every batch of donuts they sold and is a tradition carried on today even by the largest of donut vendors, Dunkin' Donuts.

Debate to end all debates indeed.

That's not jelly.

So if they put ketchup in a powdered donut, it would be a ketchup jelly donut?

You people...

I'd keep the number for 911 on speed dial when you eat the jar.

Is that what's in a lemon-filled donut? Jelly or Marmalade? Or is it some corn-syrup concoction?

You. Will. Never. Win. This. One.

Nope. I stand by my statement. A Jelly donut has jelly or marmalade in it.

Have you ever eaten a lemon marmalade donut?

Of course you haven't.
(but I'll bet you'll travel all the way to "Donna's Donuts" in Nebraska to get one now) :sly:

Oh yeah? Well I will never lose either.

Edit - Not sure if you caught what I did there. It was meant only for you so I thought I'd edit it myself.

He probably won't send you any because he is busy eating them himself.

Which just proves my point.

Watch.

I just forced ketchup into a donut in my kitchen, and I'm calling it a ketchup jelly donut.
Is that a jelly donut now?

Or is a ketchup-filled donut?

This thread is BEAST! :bahaha:
