Ellison and Scott (because of the Samuel hit) would have also been my top-two choices. Will add ...

Ollie Matson ... can't ignore a Hall of Famer

1722698048351.png

Jewerl Thomas ... Two monster games, as a rookie RB, to close-out the 1980 season (35 carries for 291 yards) ... both Rams' wins to move to 11-5 and a playoff-spot. Made the cover of Sports Illustrated following a 38-14 Monday Night blow-out of the Dallas Cowboys. Did almost nothing for the remainder of his NFL career.

Charles White ... Could-A / Should-A career. Came-up-Big early in 1985 when Eric Dickerson was holding-out.

can't get enough of that vid...

Me too. It was such a timely hit on a "RB" that we could hardly stop. It stopped Deebo and the 49ers...classic.

Forget about Ollie when we can remember the great Arlen Harris!
I really liked Arlen Harris and thought he was a find. Oh well, some men see things as they are and ask, 'Why?' I dream things that never were and ask, 'Why not?

Didn't Arlen have a productive game including a game-clinching TD run when the Rams defeated the Stealers at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh's 1000th Game in franchise history with many of their HOF luminaries in attendance?

That's a freakishly good memory!

In 2003, the Rams defeated the Steelers at Heinz Field by the score of 33-21.

Arlen Harris rushed 34 times for 81 yards, and 3 TDs. Torry Holt had 174 receiving yards.

Harris' three touchdowns that day represented exactly half of his career touchdowns.

Cullen Bryant playing Defensive Back (drafted as a DB) is a cool image.

Lots of good, solid Rams' defensive backs that wore #32 ... Dre Bly, Eric Weddle, Bradley Fletcher, Ron Bartell, Toby Wright, Troy Hill and Jordan Fuller (for his first two years).
Toby Wright is Cullen Bryant 2.0 after Cullen hit the weights heavy.
