This shouldn't be necessary, but we kinda played like shit tonight.
If not for Wade Phillips we would be 1-2.
McVay gifted the opponent 3 points going into the half AGAIN.
gOFF was not good tonight.

Anything else?

I dont understand how Goff gets any blame. He can't catch the ball.

Goff was throwing Dimes but dealt with drive killing drops, no run game and a feirce pass rush that he did a great job avoiding most of the night.

He did have two pick but one was a deflection and the other was a hell of a dive by a defender.

It's called an A game based on a curve of performances. Not every game is going to be an A, otherwise else it would be just average.

Yes Goff and McVay have a lot to clean up. Can we also start Edwards next week at RG?

McVay's play calling in the first half was atrocious, why run outside when they were stopping it every time?

There were guys open, but he tries throwing into TIGHT coverage. He needs to figure out zone defense.

That wasn't a pick. It clearly was trapped against the ground. I'm miffed that NY didn't overturn it.

He also fumbled for a 3rd turn over....he deserves plenty of blame, along with an OL that needs big help.

I believe the league has caught up to Mcvay and Goff... Really Mcvay. Imo for this offense to be what it was 2yrs ago and most of last year, Goff needs to take the next step but again imo I think he is what he is. And it wont be long til defenses figure out about 3rd and Kupp. Once he starts getting double teamed what will Goff do?

Rams D absolutely Dominated tonight, especially in the 4th qtr. Mayfield had no chance to put the ball downfield, he had to get it out quick.

Goff was not good. Yes there were times he was pressured, but he was off, as usual, early in the game and it handicaps our offense. We can be mad at Cooks for not making a tough leaping catch or Kupp for not making a catch that was behind him, but ultimately those throws need to be better.

Both INTs are inexcusable - he had plenty of time on both.

Goff needs to step up for sure, he hasn't looked that good this year.

If they double team Kupp, we have two other very good WRs.

Pass protection is a big problem though.

well you know what he’ll do, fire into double coverage. I’m concerned, are you?

Rythm. The offense, Goff, the O-line and McVay. Seems they can't get a good rythm going.

I think we are missing all the coaching that left the last two years. It has caught up tp us. Miffed at some of the play calling, and McVay and Goff were fighting all night on the sidelines. Besides that, we kind of look uninspired while on offense, no edge.

Get's any blame? really. He wasn't horrible tonight. But the last interception he threw was a bad play.. Woods was not open. Also on the 3rd and 1 play when he booted out and threw it too hight to Reynolds - McVay looked upset, like he didnt run the play he had called. Goff had 3 turnovers tonight.

Was he terrible? no.. but "Don't understand how he gets any blame"

C'mon bro.

The defense is very good and with a run stopping linebacker would be elite....The offensive line along with the offense is a work in progress and how about running the ball inside more as I think they were on to something, but did not stick with it.

Glad to be 3-0 and the Rams have played two tough teams IMHO so let's get it together against Tampa and then open a can of whoop ass on the Whiners.

Goff's last 11 games:

11 TD / 11 interceptions / 11 Fumbles

11 Fumbles in his last 11 games with a 1-1 TD/INT ratio???? Are you kidding me?? I want to repeat this, over the last 11 games, he is averaging one passing TD, one interception, and one fumble a week. And we just made him the highest paid player ever.

McVay deserves his share of the blame because I think he could be doing a lot more, but what happened to Goff?? Every other young QB in the league is taking steps forward while ours is regressing? How does this happen? It looks like he put in ZERO work all off-season. It seems like after the Patriots kicked his ass he went and did nothing to make himself better. This brings me back to the argument I made last year regarding his "laid back" attitude. I personally think it borders indifference. He looks so aloof on the sidelines and even in the game sometimes, with such a lack of focus.

How do you get your ass kicked like we did in the SB. FLAT OUT EMBARRASSED, he hears all the talk about being McVay's puppet and a system QB, but you're not going to work your ass off all off-season to get better as a player? You don't want to go out there and prove everyone wrong? Isn't that how a true competitor, a true winner would respond? In the biggest game of your life you laid an egg and played like trash. You're just okay averaging a fumble a week? I don't fucking get it... How has Jared improved as a player in year 4? The answer is he has not at all improved.
