Lets not forget about the blocking from the rest of the group but yes the OLine has been a very pleasant upgrade.

This is a very true statement. The one who can not be praised enough is ROBERT WOODS. His blocking is consistently lights out.Lets not forget about the blocking from the rest of the group but yes the OLine has been a very pleasant upgrade.

Yeah injuries were bad, especially in 19. But they've held up pretty well for the most partWell Blythe was and is dog water. Whitworth missed 8? games last year if I remember correctly. Hav missed 7? The year before
That is good to know.Don’t hear all the question marks on his play anymore.Nice to see Big Whit playing at such a High Level.Wouldn’t be surprised of him finishing out his contract.Wrong, ... Whit is signed for 2022 and would carry a CAP hit of $14,666,668. unless he extends again. The thought has been that he may retire, and should he get a ring, that may very well be true.
Loved that pick up by Michel!!Lets not forget about the blocking from the rest of the group but yes the OLine has been a very pleasant upgrade.

Carberry needs to be working on whoever that Swing OG is, so that the new OG is ready to perform.

That Hocker is a big focker.Although they both seem to have taken a step back at RG this pre-season, Anchrum & Evans are likely still in the running to start as they now have a full year to get their act together. The one guy who has captured my interest is Jared Hocker, the late Practice Squad pick-up.
It's still too early for me to completely dismiss Corbett as his swing capability at OG/C is a valuable asset worth maintaining if we can afford him. jmo.
For some reason I want to say "Hold the door"That Hocker is a big focker.
I just couldn't resist.

But.. to the actual point, I agree that there's real competition available to possibly replace Corbett.
If you have that guy surrounded by Havenstein and Allen, you're putting him in a position to succeed and they should be okay.
That's my biggest argument for prioritizing Allen and Left Tackle.
Yes, an experienced starting center for Stafford along with our backup LT Noteboom is primary.But.. to the actual point, I agree that there's real competition available to possibly replace Corbett.
