That's a griddle... I really wouldn't know. Sorry. I bbq with coal/wood grills with a grate. Good luck tho. :)

Still on the fence what to cook. I'm thinking burritos, and other things, but wanna stick with what has worked for us thru the playoffs. Hate to jinx us, but has that mojo ran out? lolol

I've had a brisket on the smoker since well before the crack of dawn, started a pot of chili a bit later. The good stuff, not that Cincinnati crap.

Come game time, I don't want to be fussing with any cooking, so I went with a menu where 99% of the work is already done.

Going easy today.

Smokey, black bean turkey chili in a slow cooker.

Grape Jelly meatballs in another slow cooker.

Baked ham and cheese sliders.

Some charcuterie.
I found a bourbon gouda cheese to try. Sounds good.

I've tried a couple recipes as well. Neither passed.

al Pastor is a favorite of mine, but few places do it well.
But, when done right, it's amazing.

Street tacos!

Asada, chicken, pastor.

Before grilling the corn tortillas. Dip them in a mixture of chicken broth and hot sauce.
Just a quick dunk.

Ya I don't have a vertical rotissiere so I tried to stand up the meat and pineapple in my oven. It ended up falling over and just not cooking right.

My GF's sister is bringing al pastor for tacos I just heard. I can smell the chips being made! I'm going to gain weight this weekend. LOL
