Agreed but Joe can't throw a pass lying on his back. LOL
Burrow was sacked 9 times against Tennessee and it made no difference. He knows his line is shit and will be looking to toss it quickly for the most part.

That said we match up well with these Bengals, curious to see how serious their and our TE’s are injured.

I was in New Orleans that night when Burrow beat my Tigers and Trevor Lawrence for the National Championship.

The guy is good but is a cocky SOB. I get my revenge on Joe B in 2 weeks. DW needs to step up his game....

Hope to see some of you all there.

Go Rams!!!

Burrow is outstanding, as are their WRs. They have a better WR group than we do. But Cincy's OL is bad. They gave up 9 sacks to the Titans, and Burrow was sacked on almost 9% of his regular season dropbacks. If Vonald show up, Burrow could have a really rough day. That all said, Tee Higgins is a mismatch against Darious Williams.
Isiah Prince is their RT, he was horrendous at pass blocking at Ohio State and nothing has changed at this level. Leonard Floyd needs to show up big as he's been somewhat silent, Floyd should have a huge game over Prince.

This is it. I am extremely concerned about their amazing WRs against our secondary. With Woods injured, the Bengals quietly have the best WR group in the league. Chase will give us just as many headaches as Deebo. Burrow is an absolute stud and will find those guys. He's already an elite QB in both talent and leadership. Prepare for the Bengals to pick on Reeder in coverage and exploit Williams all night. And they have a very capable run game with Mixon.

Plus, the Bengals are never out of it. Look at how they came back to beat KC. They are incredibly resilient and have great self belief.

With Morris really struggling to take away the middle of the field, things could get ugly. This will be a very, very tough matchup.

But their offensive line is weak. If the Rams' defensive line can wreck their game plan - and I am cautiously optimistic that they can - we should be able to win!

I like that we have somewhat of a veteran team in key spots, whereas the Bengals are very young.

The Bengals have yet to face a team as complete as the Rams in the playoffs. KC is a bit more explosive but thier defense and running game are a notch below the Rama. The Titnan are overly reliant on the run and have a middling QB.

I am cautiously optimistic the Rams get it done. I think the defensive line takes over.

As worrying as anything is that the Rams will be favorites. We sometimes don't play complete football in that role, and the Bengals, clearly, absolutely excel in the underdog role.

We match up well.

They have average run d and pass d. No superstars on that side aside from maybe Bates and Hendrickson, but that's stretching the superstar label.

Their CBs are not very good.

But yet somehow they shut down the Chiefs in the second half.

Agreed on being concerned about Higgins (and Boyd). They're big physical guys who we just don't match up well with aside from Ramsey.

Tbh this game should be similar to when we played Tampa in week 3 with a healthy Godwin, but easier for our OL and DL.

Stafford should have more time to pass against the Bengals. After facing the Buccaneers and the 49ers, it is going to feel like Stafford has all day to throw passes. The Bengals haven’t faced a technician like Kupp. Cooper will get open. The Rams should score points. They have a better offense than the Titans.

On the opposite side the Rams defensive line should get home often. Similar to the Titans. The bad matchup is our small DBs against the Bengals receivers.

These teams have not played each other. I think this will go in the Rams favor. Olinemen that haven’t faced the Rams pass rush are usually in shock early on and it stifles their offense for a few possessions.

Our rested D line is going to roll. I think the Rams will take away many of their offensive options with our pass rush and make them 1 dimensional. I also think this game may be closer than many of us expect.

They have a great team.

But their O-line isn't good and their offense has never faced anything like AD99s disruption.

I believe the Rams not only win, the game highlights ADs dominance on the biggest stage and officially places him in LT and Reggie White territory for the holdouts...

Our D line should win us this game. I think Ramsey should lock on to their big target Higgins, especially if their TE is out next week. Then have Williams and a Safety double Chase all game.

Cincinnati is a tough team. Look at what they did through the playoffs. Burrow will get his 300 yards but he’s a gunslinger so we need to take him down when he sits in the pocket for 3-4 seconds and take advantage of any pickoff opportunities. The Rams need to play very good to excellent on offense. Again I feel the magic number is 31. Score 31 points and I believe the Rams win it running away. Score less and they are in for another dogfight.

I expect a similar game plan that they used against KC with two high safeties and they'll try and take away the middle of the field. Our best bet is to run the ball often and well as their LBers are average. Take our time going down the field and keep their stud skill offensive position players on the bench.

On defense, we need to shut down the run game early and make the Bengals one dimensional. Continue to pressure Burrow into making mistakes. A lead will help to do that.

Most of their team stats are very similar to ours, but they haven't played the teams we've played.

I doubt they're as tough as the Niners or Bucs (away).

I don't see Burrow as being cocky at all. He's a blue collar QB.. gets the job done and goes about his business

If Rochelle is healthy and given time to acclimate back to the game, he could be a key in stopping either Higgins or Boyd.

We're actually playing a team I don't hate. I absolutely love Burrow and the Bengals. Love Burrows cocky but confident and cool personality. But not in 2 weeks!

If we are being honest with ourselves - we are all feeling a lot better about facing the Bengals than we would KC or Buffalo

The Bengals are a Cinderella story this year and I haven't watched them play until recently.

What I have seen?
Their D is tough.
The Offense is excellent.

I'm expecting a fist fight, just like what we went through tonight.

The interesting thing, is that there is no recent history with these two teams playing each other. They don't know each other.
Should be fun.

They actually know each other very very well. Their HC used to be on our coaching staff.

Guessing Rams will be in bone. If they do end up in darks it needs to be blue 'n yellow again though.
