I met my wife when I was 38, she was 30 and two years from a divorce. We met at a Memorial Day picnic on May 292005. I moved in on September 19. We married October 24. 5 months. We decided to get married in the middle of August. We have three kids, completely in love, and I couldn't be happier. So my message to you is you know when it's right. You both feel it. If there are any lingering red flags, then don't rush it. Those red flags always turn out to be bigger than you realized.

Clownfora never knows anything. I think he totally makes stuff up.

I am not sure but I hope they did what I told them to: Dear Jets, regarding Sub, freak off!
I gotcha beat my man.
After being totally adverse to committing I went on one date with my wife. She moved in a couple of weeks later. Done deal.

My advice? Marry her. Not often that a gorgeous woman like her who knows so much about your interests comes along.

Our friendly neighborhood Ewe giving advice to the lover boy? This is not to be taken lightly, Senor Jacobarch! You do realize that Memento is a female Ram, do you not?

What Jets fans and Titans fans are saying. I think Suh should sign not for money or a chance at a ring but by how obsessed the fanbase of a team is about him. Only 7 pages at this Jets forum and 66 pages on the Titans forum but only 10 posts per page. Saints fans gave up long ago. Not even worth posting their dribble. We win hands down. :)

Jets Offering Most Money for Ndamukong Suh

With our lackluster D-line, I'd like him.
--------------
Donkey Kong Suh!!!!!
--------------
We just spent two years cleaning up the roster. Signing this POS would be a huge mistake.
-------------
I agree. What's the point of getting rid of all the malcontents and then throwing big cash at a malcontent?
-------------
DO NOT WANT!!!
------------
Completely counter intuitive and reeks of desperation.
-------------
Maybe but it could be worse. We could have traded for a man who is charged with assaulting a 69 year old paraplegic...
------------
got the money and need d-line help so why not. he hasn't done anything crazy the last couple of years in Miami no?
----------
He’s still one of the most disruptive interior DL in the league.

I’d absolutely bring him in on a 3 year deal.
----------
If we sign him and he snaps Brady's ACL, it will be worth every penny.
------------
Pathetic. Spend all these drafts picks on dline and we need dline help. Embarrassing. I dont want to root for this assh@le. I hope this doesnt happen.
-----------
What a dirty hypocritical bastard of a move. But we have enough choir boys on this team. Sign the Beast!
-----------
When has the Jets' big investment in DL ever gone wrong?
----------

----------
He looked useless as a phin. Idk about this, hopefully it's way for him to get more money elsewhere
---------
Suh is an azzhole with an attitude and I don't like him. He is just what the doctor ordered. The D needs some nastiness.

Suh’s former defensive line coach with the Dolphins is also now our DL coach.

-----------
He's happily rolling his fat ass to the bank. He robbed the Dolphins and they let him go halfway into the contract. That's crazy. He can't wait to see who he can rob next. 50 years from now you think he's gonna care more about the ring on his shelf or the money in his bank?

I'm not saying I like that style of player, but I also can't hate. I get it.
---------
Don't want him now. Can't even pronounce his name anyway.
----------
I don't get the impatience. It's 100% out of our control. Just go about your day and be happy if we sign him and move on if we don't.

The same people are saying they're done will be happy as hell if we sign him.
----------
I agree the longer this goes, the less I care.
---------
The jets wouldn't be serious contenders if he valued winning as much as he says he does. We are the most balanced team when it comes to giving him all that he wants. I do want to know how much we offered him
----------
I just don't understand why JROB and the Rams GM get together and both pull out of the Suh side show. Call his bluff so he only has Saints (which have 2 mil in cap space, and the Jets). I am not sure about you guys but if he signs with the Jets more power to him. What a crap show that is up there in NY. Instead we sit and wait and let Suh pretty much run the show. Not worth it.
----------
I think LA has more to offer outside of football too with his businesses hes trying to grow. I dont know how it is in Tennessee so I could be wrong. This is where the taxes come in to save the day imo
----------
So here's what I won't understand. The saints have just 5 million in cap space. The Rams 35 million. The Jets 37 million. And the Titans? A whopping 45 million in cap space. Add to that no income tax, and the Titans could easily outbid anyone else. If they so desired I mean.

Why are people saying the Jets could offer him the most money?
----------
If I'm Suh, I believe my talents on either Titans or Rams bring it to a top 5 defense. Both have excellent super bowl winning coaches. Titans can offer the better GM, more money, and no state tax and less challenging division. Now I'd be comparing offenses - is goff or mariota? robert woods vs. Corey Davis? Gurley vs. Henry/Lewis? Delanie Walker vs ??? Titans OL vs Rams OL

My honest opinion in comparing offenses

Quarterbacks - toss up
Wide receivers - Rams
Tight End - Titans
Running backs - toss up
Offensive line - Titans

Especially the RB comparison. The Offensive Player of the Year is a toss up compared to a kid who was second fiddle to DeMarco Murray and the Pats second choice as third down back. Jeezus.

Yeah you don’t get anymore brain dead then that. Running backs, a toss up??? Really? Gurley isn’t a toss up with anyone in this league right now.

This guy isn't going to just get away with saying RB is a toss up.

I don't judge players based on money vs winning motives. Suh has one career to maximize off of. Obviously, the Jets are by far the worst of those 4 teams, but he's played on a bunch of crappy teams his entire career.

Obviously, I am biased, but the Rams would provide him with the most unique opportunity because he could play in a truly dominant defense with a truly dominate front line.

However, he has one career. He's 31, likely last pay day. So if he wants to maximize his dollar intake, obviously the Jets can offer the most.
If Suh is looking for more money, I hope he realizes that New York State Taxes are probably the Highest in the Country! Higher then California!!(y)

The Jets play in New Jersey, despite their name. Still high taxes, but lower than California.

Gentlemen as much as people make a big deal about State Taxes, IMO, Los Angeles still holds a huge advantage for all that it offers. Endorsements, opportunity for not only yourself, but also your loved ones embracing diversity and a culture that is second to none IMHO combined with the arts & science.

Also factor in weather because it does not get any better, now, not discounting other cities, but Tinsel Town has far more advantages than disadvantages so I don't worry about losing out to another City because the Golden State is as good as it gets, IMHO.

I'm starting to think Suh is just enjoying the publicity and the spotlight. He could have done this quietly. Big difference between he and Aaron Donald.
He's making a life decision so I'm not too bothered by it

He should have signed multi year with the Raiders. No state tax after the Vegas move....or stayed in Miami.

If Suh is concerned about paying taxes on his next contract, he will not sign with the Rams. Because he is looking for a payday, not a ring.
