That seems awful low unless significant incentive $$$ is available additionaly.Rumor has it
3 year 25 million for suh.....
Hmm
Or maybe he does care about winning instead of $$$ but who knows. That seems awful low unless significant incentive $$$ is available additionaly.
I don’t think any offers were made though. I just remember it as scuttlebutt. Maybe there was something. But the most expensive rookie contract in history wasn’t going to get any bockbuster deals.I remember hearing both Washington and Cleveland being very high on Bradford.
Suh leaves town favoring the Rams and cancels visits to other teams. McVay is money.
Just consider how many things just fell in place since McVay was hired.
Wade is available and wants to move to LA.
McVay brings in a great support staff.
Whitworth is a feee agent and agrees to come to a loser instead of going for a ring.
Woods signs cheap ends up being a stud.
They have a great draft.
Sammy becomes available.
Very successful season follows. This winter there’s huge needs at Corner, two of the best in the league become available.
Now Suh is thinking about coming on board.
The good fortune is insane. Like getting Faulk, Aeneas, Proehl, Timmerman and Kurt. It feels like the stars are aligning, all because of the influential, persuasive, intelligent, likable, head coach. People say you make your own luck. It certainly seems to be true.
Where does it say what anyone offered besides the one out of left field about Big Ben?http://bleacherreport.com/articles/382669-the-rams-are-still-listening-to-trade-offers
Rumor was that the Steelers offered us Big Ben and a pick (I never fully believed that one, but this was back when he was having off the field issues), the Redskins offered us a massive package of picks (Shanahan really wanted Sam), and the Browns also offered us a nice package of picks.
One way or another? Yeah - I think you may be on an island.Am I The only one who doesn't care one way or another if they sign Suh?

The only thing in left field, is your memory.:boxing:
I'm from PA and surrounded by Steelers fans. They were all very excited thinking they were trading their criminal for Bradford. They kept asking me if I knew if it was going to happen.
I would have made that trade. Go with the sure thing.

Good point. Showing that sort of commitment to winning, may count for somethingSo - Just a thought. Could the addition of Suh also help in AD’s asking price? I’m just thinking in line that they apparently discussed the move with AD and he seems to be all in. Is it possible the moves the Rams have made will show AD that he also has a better shot at a ring with the Rams AND he could still be the highest paid defender in the league - just maybe not as MUCH higher.
I saw that too .I really can't see him taking 8 per yearYup-twitter heating up with big rumors from unconfirmed sources that have insiders on the situation.. hmmmm hope it’s true! 3 yr $25 mill.. a little lower than my annual projection of 10-12!

The Three Ramigos?
WOW! Less than $3M? Why are they even talking to Suh??????
