I'm thinking one or two years, and around $12 million per. I'm sure he'll want to be a free agent again, but at the beginning of free agency, not released a week into it after a lot of free agency cash has been spent. I'm guessing a nice signing bonus if two years, so he can have a cap hit if released early. And a bonus for playoffs or Super Bowl

If the 3 yr $25M is true, you can bet there are a pile of incentives stacked on top that could increase it to $12M a year average.

So - Just a thought. Could the addition of Suh also help in AD’s asking price? I’m just thinking in line that they apparently discussed the move with AD and he seems to be all in. Is it possible the moves the Rams have made will show AD that he also has a better shot at a ring with the Rams AND he could still be the highest paid defender in the league - just maybe not as MUCH higher.
Suh being cut and resigning at a lower number helps because it shows that a D lineman is not going to make $26m a year. The number required to make AD the highest paid D player appears to have gone down.

apparently suh recently followed a bunch of vegan accounts and derrick morgan, whose wife is a vegan chef and got a lot of titans to become vegans. take that info how you want

2 yr $25 mil sounds more like it.

This is what I have been thinking, it would include some incentives. So it might be like 9M base with easy incentives to get to 12.5 per. A little cap relief this year but ability to make top dollar too
