Big Whit did, but did you see when Weddle came back for another big hug? He actually backed the big man up, because it was like a hit. Weddle has lead in trumk somewhere...
Hmmm I missed that. I was probably still laughing at the Rag Doll pick up.

If Nick Scott keeps playing as he has during the last 3 games he just might start trending into Toby Wright's territory...Toby only completed two starting seasons for the Rams as a starter until he tore up his knee in his 4th season....

Oh man, I loved Toby Wright ... such a disappointment his career was cut short because that man was a pure enforcer all the way. I would love to see Nick Scott become that guy (while keeping two healthy knees, obviously).

How could they make a Toby Wright tribute video and not show that his in Carolina in the end zone on their TE where he slumps to his knees in slow motion. His best hit.
Can someone find it and post it up ?
I wish he could have been part of the GSOT team.

The block by Skow was a thing of beauty. Tardtt got completely erased, haha.

That is a stupid bet by Eric

After McVay gets a two TD lead, he goes into we got this won mode and lets the other team get chances to get back into the game

I hope McVay has learned his lesson after the Tampa Game.

I don't really think it was so much McVay's coaching in the Tampa Bay game that let them get back in it ... 3 second half fumbles did. I agree that McVay has gotten too conservative at other times (the season finale against SF comes to mind), but I don't think that was the case against Tampa Bay.

He ran 3 straight times when they had a 27-13 lead.

And what about the other times? One fumble was on a completed pass to Kupp. Another fumble was a terrible snap when Stafford was lined up in the shotgun on what was very likely to be a pass play.

The way that entire thing worked out, from the two losses in the season to the home NFC championship, could not have gone better for Kroenke. This whole season. Getting to that home Super Bowl the year you truly open your bazillion dollar stadium.

Then dueling the shitbags from the bay, the evil rival of LA teams, for the rights to play it here at home. I feel like I am in a fucking dream. Seriously. This whole week is like I haven't woken up or something.

This was the last series before the Akers fumble and then they tried running again and Akers fumbled

He had a two TD lead late in the 4th qtr and tried running out the clock.

One first down - we win

The acquisition of Von Miller has certainly had its impact on Lewis. His not being active may almost be as much about protecting future health & value as we might be saving him for 2022 play as Okowronkwo will probably be leaving us as a free agent after this season ends.
jmo.
Og Okoronkwo finally got healthy & is a much better overall player than Terrell Lewis as the top backup OLB'er. Then Justin Hollins also go over his injury & was the opening season starter @ OLB'er with Floyd. As you recall the Rams were in a very bad way @ OLB'er with Lewis being the forced starter due to injuries of Og & Hollins.

Rams will need to sign either Og or the 33 yr old Von period. Letting Von Miller go after just a half-season .....just does not feel or look right to me especially after giving up all that draft capital. I would put Von way ahead of UFA's like Austin Corbett, Darious Williams, Brian Allen, Sony Michel & Og. That would ensure the Championship starting DL & LB'er remain intact for another season. The only starter to replace will be CB Darious Williams.

LT Joe Noteboom & ER Von Miller are my top two who must resign. It's going to really hurt to lose Odell Beckham, Jr. but the truth is McVay has invested in 3 wideouts who are sitting on the current IR in Robert Woods, 2021 top draft pick TuTu Atwell & Jacob Harris.

I don't have anything positive to post on Lewis @ OLB. I do think positive & highly probable return of OLB Justin Hollins & Chris Garrett along with the easy signing of Justin Lawler provides enough depth OLB. Snead is sure to hear from LB'ing coach Shula on the need to draft an edge rusher after depending on Lewis for a 2nd season @ OLB!

I would have bet a thousand dollars that the Rams would score twenty-one more points than the Cowboys in the Super Bowl. ;) LOL
