If we catch that perfect TD pass in the end zone that potential int does not matter.
Things evened out. Shit happens.
There were close calls on both sides, Garapalo flat out missed Kittle for a huge gain maybe a td in the first quarter and we left a bunch of points on the field as well.

Maybe so.

I'll say the guy is menacing as hell. Look at him from the QB's perspective he looks like a LB back there. The guy is put together like a backer, he's built to be physical. Might be more of a Ronny Lott type. And before anyone gets excited I'm not saying he's gonna get there, just from that type of guy who will lay you on your ass or play on the ball.

Having some menace over the top is kind of cool.
Wasn’t it Scott who broke Gronk’s ribs? T Higgins better have his head on a swivel. And I love that he hit Deebo so hard they thought it had to be illegal.

It has been one thing we were missing. I think it is a necessity. Since the rules have changed it is hard to find. I think receivers now never expect that type of play anymore. Him lurking back there will make them short arm from time to time. Put a little fear in the back of their minds. I fucking love it.

So nice to see Nick Scott getting the love. Well deserved.

Was totally wrong about Scott. He's impressed me, and he should be the starting safety along with Fuller next year.

That would be correct....Lewis has not been active since week #12 lost to the Packers???:sur::eyeroll::thinking:

The acquisition of Von Miller has certainly had its impact on Lewis. His not being active may almost be as much about protecting future health & value as we might be saving him for 2022 play as Okowronkwo will probably be leaving us as a free agent after this season ends.

Watching the Eric Weddle video - how does a small guy like him stop the runner in his track where a bigger guy seems to be dragged 5 yards on every play. I hate to keep bringing it up but as someone else stated, that bigger guy should take this entire week learning how to tackle properly and watch every tackle that Weddle makes.

I had to laugh though at Whitworth picking up Weddle like a rag doll.

Yes and don't think for a moment that the Bengals aren't seeing that hit and thinking about their ribs across the middle. :laugh1:

I actually called him a meathead. Won't be doing that any more after that Brady INT. :laugh4:

Hard to tell which coach I like more between Yarber and Brown.

Forgot to mention that earlier. Benny on those lead blocks is like he's a hybrid FB/TE/WR. It's great and he's a big physical dude. Tough matchup for DBs that's for sure.

And that lead block on Warner. I mean make a poster of this shit and hang it on your living room wall Coop. You don't see guys get a clean shot on Warner very often, he is one slippery blocking assignment. :thumbsup1:

Weddle knows how to tackle. He stopped a couple of runs in the backfield with ankle tackles. But he can also bring the wood big time when needed.

Big Whit did, but did you see when Weddle came back for another big hug? He actually backed the big man up, because it was like a hit. Weddle has lead in trumk somewhere...
