I have to guess he saw his margin peaking. I can’t imagine Matthew needing a couple party pads in LA. And I also don’t see how he’d really want to deal with rentals - even though they’d be managed by someone else. Who knows. Maybe Kelly was managing them and got tired/bored with it.

Yeah i posted a video during the last season a out his little real estate empire and this isn't all of it and not sure what he uses them for other than renting or air bnb for the wealthy type of thing.

Does Matthew get a bonus for lighting up Detroit Lion Safety, Kirby Joseph, any and every time the Horns face the Kitty Kats? 8 mean the guy deliberately tore up Higbeast's knee ligaments; so some kind of reckoning is required.
