Yup. It will be hard to prove who it goes up to, of course. But cost them multiple draft picks at the very least. Perhaps a loss of eligibility for comp picks for a few seasons (and maybe a reduction of eligibility the first year they are eligible at all). And a reduction in their salary cap (which would end up being given to the other three teams since the cap total is a CBA issue). So for example, if they lost $3.1 million in cap room, every other team would have $100k in additional cap room. Continue that for a few years (without access to comp picks) and that should hurt them - the exact amount depending on how many picks are lost and how much cap space is lost. By the time it ends Belichick will be too old, along with Brady. They won't take away Super Bowls, of course - we have seen that already.
