Anyone heard from the acerbic one of late, he's such a huge contributor to this board and everyone's overall demeanor , I miss me some albe.

I think the new format might be a little too daunting for him. He doesn't have that worn-in "Huddle" theme I was offering him before.

Maybe his son will help him get acclimated with it, because it's really not that difficult to navigate once you jump in. Very similar to what we were doing, but much easier, quicker and more responsive. Plus the font is large enough for him to see with those bat eyes of his. lol.

Eh. You'll get used to it I'm sure. It's certainly not as difficult as chess.

I like this format for a desktop, but i hate it on my phone, it crunches everything down so i have to scroll for 10 minutes to get to the bottom of the page, i don't know if there is a setting i can change or not. But i havent been here in a while now either. Can't get used to it on the mobile.

That's the same thing with Tapatalk. You have to scroll to get to the bottom of the page there as well. I used to use the "Latest Posts" button on Tapatalk, and you can use "New Posts" on the mobile site too. The difference now is, there are more posts *per thread* than there used to be, and that's why there's more scrolling.
