I can't believe that after all these responses, not a single person has come up with the right answer.

Video tape the team walkthroughs

Flores and Judge each held the Rams to 17 this year.

I have zero confidence in our offense in this game, let's start there.

We've allowed 28 points in two games this year because of our awful special teams and offense/special teams - against the Dolphins and Cardinals - where our defense dominated.

So, it depends - do we just want to win? Or try to let Jared grow? I have no doubt we can win by taking the ball out of his hands, playing mistake free and planning on 6-3 type of game.

But I think it's more important to McVay that Goff grows if possible and this would be big.

Because I guarantee you the Patriots will take away our run game and make Goff beat them.

Also, this game doesn't mean much. Us and Seattle both play the Jets over the next two weeks - so the best case for us is to be up one game (if we beat the Patriots and they lose to Washington) - but even if we're up a game, they win the division by beating us and then winning in week 17. Were going to smash the Cards in week 17, so while so even if we're one game behind the Seahawks going into that game, a win basically clinches the division.

So, win or lose this game, week 16 decides whether we're the 3 seed or the 5/6 seed

I'm ok with winning 6-3. Of course, 13-6 would be better.

The Cheats will put all their defense on the outsides, and make us beat them down the seam, or up the middle.
We won’t get wide on them I agree.
I hope McVay doesn’t run WR sweep action for negative yards or WR screens.
I think our D is going to have to keep NE under 20 points to win.

I'd like to see us run it right at them. Don't do the stretch play. Run "A" gaps w/ jet sweep motion. They have good LBers. Don't let them run side to side. Just strap it on and kick their ass. On the defensive side. Take away their run game. Newton is a gimmick QB. Won't beat you if you make him play QB the whole game. He's not that good of a passer.

I'm almost never down on my own team's chances, but I think we lose this one. Few guys get McVay but those who do are consistent with it and they are Shanahan and Bellichick. I see a messy ugly game and a frustrating loss. I think after that we win out tough.

Fortunately as @FrantikRam said, this game really doesn’t mean shit. We will beat the Jets and then face the Seahawks in week 16 for all the marbles. Still, I do think we lose. NE is trying to make the playoffs and they’ll probably win out.

Key in this game is not turning the ball over also stick with the run game, IMO, Henderson could have a big game because of his explosiveness, hopefully, he doesn't get dinged up. Move Goff around and lean on the TE's, which hopefully open up Kupp & Woods.

I believe in the defense and hopefully with no turnovers or any special teams snafu's they won't be put in a bad position. Gay needs to ensure all his kicks are out of the end zone and Webster needs to secure the ball to ensure he does not put the ball on the ground. If the Rams can win the turnover battle or break even, IMO, they win the game.

It's already been mentioned... but it needs to be repeated.

Win the turnover battle... or better yet... DO NOT TURN THE BALL OVER.

It's really that simple.

Last time these 2 met, the Rams held them to 13 points, with Brady at QB, Gronk making huge catch and the Rams D not playing anywhere near this level.
Now they've got little QB production, no running game and their D isnt as good as years past.
If anyone needs to be worried about this game its the Pats
I think the Rams are going to embarrass them on National TV
