Mannion is going to tear it up ! I wonder how long the starting Recievers will play ?
This could be a big tavon game lol boost his trade value
I think they put him on IR because they didn't want to risk putting him on the PS.Brandon Allen is on IR don’t need a backup that’s not healthy.
And there ain't no way a team can turn around from 4 -12 to a 11-4 team in one offseason.y'all are dreaming if you think a team full of NFL 2nd stringers are going to beat a bunch of starters....
Mannion, keep in mind, is from the Bay Area as well. As a matter of fact:
Distance from Goffs home town to Levi Stadium....73 miles.
Distance from Mannions home town to Levi Stadium.....28 miles.
Think he wants to do well and win this thing?
What ?Honestly, I think that the Rams woulda had a fight on their hands if McVay had decided to go with his starters.
I think the starters woulda won, mind you, but it wouldn’t have been all that easy.
Niners are improved, now have a legit QB, and have confidence in themselves.
Given all the Ram starters that will be sitting, I definitely don’t like the Rams chances. Remember, each missing starter compounds the problem by adding additional stress on the few remaining starters that are playing. And we’re gonna have 7 held out on O alone, aren’t we? At least 5 more on D?
C’mon...
Now that I've settled in to the idea that the starters are being rested, I am excited to see what Mannion can do.
If he plays great, it puts the Rams in great position for trade value.
However on the other hand, he will have the deck stacked against him since he wont be playing with a lot of the 1's, so it may be unfair to be critical.
I think he's gonna knock it out of the park, and will beat the 49ers
