Samson is an inside plant to sabotage their cap by allocating a middling contract to a bad player. He knows what he's doing.

So, it's like a couple weeks back, the 9ers are strategizing and someone in the 9ers braintrust speaks up and proclaims Ebukam is a Day 1 Priority Signing . . . and there was agreement?
I'm not happy to see him go, but definitely not sad either. Just didn't see him going this quickly for that much.

Fuck him. I was looking forward to wishing him well. He can suck a fat one now.
Ebukam to me was the guy most likely to leave. He never really took the next step...even though he was handed a starting job... 1 great game on Monday night vs. the Chiefs, but really wasn't a consistent edge rusher.
