Yes, and they should cancel the Packers- Niners game. There's no hope. It's all over.

The Niners have more battleships, which means they will inevitably win.

But there is still the air counterattack-- AR and Adams.

Maybe the Packers can break the code, steal the signals, and stage a surprise attack of their own.

In my opinion to have a shot at beating SF Green Bay would need to run coverages they haven’t before. They can’t just line up and run their standard D look.
This can lead to blown coverages of course.
But they will have to confuse Jimmy G.
SF runs even more motion that the Rams to disguise pretty simple concepts. Have to be disciplined on D more than ever.
If GB can keep it close late there is a chance Rodgers can create some magic.
SF had a much more talented roster overall however.

I don't understand why so many Rams fans on this board admire the 49ers so much.

Anyway, IMO
Rodgers is miles better than Garappolo
Aaron Jones and Jamal Williams are better than Mostert and Coleman
Davante Adams is much better than the best SF wideout
Graham is nothing compared to Kittle
Packers offensive line is comparable to the 49ers offensive line
Packers interior pass rush is every bit as good as the 49ers outside rush
Blake Martinez and the Packers linebackers are just as good as Fred Warner and the Niners linebackers
Jaire Alexander and the packers secondary is as good or better than Richard Sherman and the 49ers back four; Ahkello Witherspoon is a liability IMO.
Special teams is a wash too.

I think the Packers win.

Maybe its because football is a sport and has no barring on life? Its ok to admire a good team. Idgaf what team it is. The 49ers are an amazing team. As are the Chiefs, etc. I will say it to the cows come home. Telling people not to show admiration for a good team because YOU dont is selfish. Look in the mirror before looking at others.

And this is a complete homer post. The Packers are better than the 49ersat QB. That is where it stops. If they were better at every position as you claim, they wouldnt have been blow out. Those are the facts.

No "barring" on life, I don't even know what you are trying to say here.

I'm not telling you to do anything. In fact, I don't care what you say or do. Everyone on this board posts opinions, right? I posted my opinion. if you don't like it, fine. I'm not going to argue opinions with you or anyone else because that is HUGE waste of my time. If anything, you are telling me that i should ADMIRE the 49ers. Fuck that.

It's not a homer post, I'm a Rams fan and I live in Minnesota. I have seen the Packers play more times than you have. I did not claim the Packers were better at every position, reread my post. People like you lost a lot of money on the Ravens game, huh?

Never told you or anyone else to admire the 49ers. Lol

Dude I never said the Packers coudnt win. But they arent "as good or better" at all of those positions you just named. Stats (and Ive looked at them ahead of this game) dont back you up either. You said Jaire Alwxander was just as good as Richard Sherman. Stats for Sherman say hes a top 3 corner in the NFL this season. Alexander? not even top 40. Hes not even better than the 49ers backups. Same goes for their LB Warnor or whatever his name is. Martinez isnt close. RB and QB and WR 1 all favor GB as you stated but thats probably where it ends. I dont mean any disrespect to you and I would never in a million years tell you or anyone to admire the 49ers. But we cannot just dismiss them as if that team isnt going to be a thorn for years to come. Thats all I meant. Again no disrespect.

Don't agree at all. There was no way the Titans won their first two playoff games.

There was no way LaFleur was gonna succeed hell everybody thought he and Rodgers hated each other in training camp.

There was no way the Americans would win Hockey Gold.

There's always a way. This Packers team is playing much better than they were when first these two teams met.

I admire your strong hope. Pack won't win. It sucks.

I pity either your lack of faith, the fact that you give up or your weak attempt at a counter jinx. But hey each to their own.

Not many picked the Pats over the Rams in 2001 Super Bowl. No one picked Tenn over NE/Balt in the playoffs this year. That's why they play the game. GB must take George "Curley Stooge" Kittle out of the game to stand a chance though.

I bet every one of my ROD dollars a couple weeks ago that Tenn would beat the Patriots. And I'm the person who started this thread we're on. Just saying. :)

Admire them? I don't think we admire them.
I personally hate them. (But still hate the Seahawks more)
But I'll never be such a blind homer in a way that just because I hate a team, I'll pretend they are a terrible football team.

Fact is the stupid niners are at home in the championship game.
Fact is they beat us both times this season.

It's not admiration. It's hate and concern regarding what they've built so fast.

Faith? Haha! I'm supposed to have faith in the Packers?
The Rams are my favorite team and always will be.
Like you ... I had hope and faith that our Rams would at least get back into the playoffs this season.
How did that faith help you and I?

.

the only guarantee in this match is that kittle will do his gay little celebration dance after he makes a 5 yard completion.

that's funny. romo was saying the same thing about the vikings during the game last week. kept saying they had to run a bootleg. first time they tried it the whiners were all over it like a fly on shit. cousins barely had time to turn around, let alone throw the ball. the rams prepped the whiners well.

.
Maybe that was just Cousins

Green Bay could win it they have the talent but I don't think they will. I do think it will be closer than the last time they played. Anyway im hoping for a KC vs GB superbowl.
