Sadly, there's no way the Packers will beat SF

I don't like the match up either, I expect the 49ers to win in a cake walk, the Packers seem to be a paper tiger, but stranger things have happened and I will be rooting hard for Ghost of Vince Lombardi.

We also saw what happened to the rams at home in the first meeting. Should have won the second time round but gave up two 3rd and 16s in the last drive of the game.

.
Rams had the blueprint...

Shanahan started throwing every play, abandoned the run and tried to lose that game in Santa Clara just like he forgot to run in the Super Bowl for ATL.

Seeing this take quite a bit on other boards and around the net already. Seems a bit knee jerky to me.
I think some are forgetting just how much experience at QB plays into the post season. JG simply hasn't been here before.

The Packers lack of offensive weapons and pass rush is a concern but i don't expect a blow out.
Packers sacked Russel Wilson five times. Nothing wrong with their pass rush.

Lol you guys are nuts. The 49ers destroyed them with 4 starters out. Dee Ford, Alexander, etc. The Niners win again in a rout.

They play the games for a reason.

Also, much like the Rams last year, the Packers are tightening up against the run when they need to.

Lambeau is no joke to play in come January. There will be at least a few 9ers who don't adjust well.

I think it will be a tough game as Shanihan is a heckuva play caller, but that's no guarantee of victory.

if the Packers can stymie the run and deal with Kittle, they win. That's a tall order, but LeFleur is also a heckuva play caller and the Packers are executing at a high level at the right time.
Huh? The game isnt in Lambeau. Its in Santa Clara.

I think you will see LaFluer do what McVay did, roll Rogers out more away from the rush.

Who knows, maybe Rogers gets his career iconic win to advance to another SB.

I will never root for the Packers, ever. I will root for Kittle, but thats as far as I go. (My family has personal ties with Kittle, and we will always root for him). I dont put hate or give too much energy to a sport.

Pack's defense is gonna get pummeled.
I hate it as much as you.
Sure, any given Sunday, but not next Sunday I promise.

And I hate it.

Well, I never utilize the word "Hate" I use dislike and have advised my children accordingly, unless they are expressing their displeasure for the San Francisco 49ers.

If we go on what we saw over the weekend, the Chiefs look like the team to beat. Their quarterback is as mobile as any but he's a better passer than the teams with "running" quarterbacks. Reminds me of a young Aaron Rogers.

I think SF gets past Green Bay. The Packers look vulnerable. Their offense is ok, but not great. Their defense is ok but not great. They have one thing though, a first ballot Hall of Fame quarterback. If they don't fall behind early, then I like their chances.

what are you talking about? Did any of you watch the last game? G-String was throwing all over them.

And Shanahan took the ball out of Little Jimmy's hands against the Vikes, so...he can lose it for them, too.

If GB gets a lead, Frisco can self-destruct...we've seen Shanny choke, too.

Well they were running the ball all over the Vikings so that isnt surprising. Hate the guy all you want, but dont just make shit up for the sake of hating someone.

I want to see the Niners lose the same way the Saints did last year. That would be perfect. Well... Green Bay blowing them out would really be perfect but I'll take the former as well.
