How I REALLY feel? You WANT me to tell you how I really feel? I scared the poor dog and poor cats - and hell, probably even the poor fucking fish - at my parents' house with the last play. I made my sister - my sister who just visited for Utah, and I don't know when I'm going to see her again in person - AND my nephew cry. I made my parents mad at me and tell me they don't ever want me in the house if I'm watching football again.

THAT'S how I really fucking feel. I want a lot of people gone, Chatarius (screw his nickname) Atwell can suck my tits as well (he did nothing the entire game, just a horrible, HORRIBLE second round pick, a joke when we could've had Humphrey or Bolton or anyone who can get on the kid's rollercoaster without being too small for it), and when I finally had hope, thought, maybe, just maybe, we can overcome these weaknesses, they fucking blow it with something new: a fucking punt return touchdown in overtime - with THEIR FUCKING BACKUP PUNT RETURNER.

Our secondary sucks - aside from maybe Lake or Durant and Yeast; yes, I still want Kendrick gone (and hey, maybe we get a fifth round pick for him; the only reason I don't say a FOURTH is because apparently, we suck at that.) because he's a yappy little dog who gives up big play after big play - and I'm honestly shocked the refs didn't give him a taunting penalty with some of those; I've seen enough from Witherspoon to know he's not the answer, the safeties all had a lousy game (Fuller especially; the only reason I'm not giving up on Yeast is because he's overperforming his draft value as a seventh round pick, but Fuller should really be smarter than what he showed today; he's a fucking veteran and he played like it was his first fucking high school game).

Reeder should not be on the fucking field EVER. Give me Rozeboom or Hummel or Hampton or SOMEONE who actually can play football and cover.

Defensive line and edge rushers...I'm done with Hoecht, I'm done with Jonah Williams, I'm done with Murchison, Kier Thomas hasn't done shit, EB4 can't even get on the field, Mathis has consistently gotten no pressure, at least Hampton had one play, but he shouldn't be on the outside either. Give me Brian Burns or Chase Young or Josh Allen or SOMEONE who is young and worth a long-term contract in free agency. And FUCK no on Danielle Hunter.

And honestly, I HATE to say this, but free Aaron Donald. Get him on the Steelers like he obviously wants, take the 2024/2025 first round draft picks, move on. Will it suck in the short term? Did the Ramsey trade suck in the short term? Yeah, it did and it will, but we can rebuild this defense - hopefully with Raheem taking a head coaching job (HAH! Like that's gonna happen) and putting someone in worth a damn, who ISN'T Brandon Staley.

I want to rebuild the O-line. The only people who should be starting are A-Jax and Avila. Deal Havenstein to whomever for a third, put A-Jax over to the right side where he belongs. Oh, and fuck Noteboom and Allen; jettison them into the fucking sun for all I care. Let Shelton go; that fucking redzone false start was a killer. If Dotson's willing to stay, sure, but if he's asking for the moon, let him go as well. I want O-LINE picks. A center worth a damn. An elite left tackle. Hell, I'll even take a great guard.

But yeah, I see a lot of problems, and no easy solution.

THAT'S how I fucking feel. I'm pissed. We HAD chances, we fucked ALL of them up.

If you really want to 'vent in peace', I'm not sure a Rams forum a few hours after a brutal loss is the best place to do it.

It's a damn vent thread. Let me vent. I don't often do it, but I'm doing it now, so please let me vent in peace instead of bottling up everything like I have for the past month and a half.

I haven't read all the way through, but thinking these threads should just be called the post game thread instead of celebration thread or vent thread.
There are always things that happen during the course of a game that justify criticism and praise and both can be true during a win or a loss. We all see it but it is never all black or white.
I saw some WTF moments during today's game and do feel as if we coulda, woulda, shoulda won. Anything can happen in the NFL on any given day.
Thought it was an entertaining game, we gave them all they could handle but came out on the short end of the stick. Shit happens.

The Rams will overtake the Minnesota Vikings for the final playoff spot. The Vikings have been decimated-- by injuries.

A loss is a loss , and this one does and will hurt. So many chances to win it. The D folded under pressure. No surprise
One damn stop or play on the last drive and it’s a win. Stop the 2 point conversion and we win. 3rd and 17 and they cough it up.
The pass rush is the worst in the league. Yea I know they were tired from being on the field most of the second half. No excuse
Here’s an idea how to get rested.
Make a stop

Ramsey is the most complete cornerback we've had since Aeneas Williams came to our team. We haven't replaced him. Kobie "The Conductor" Turner may not be AD - nobody is - but at least we have a backup plan. We have none at cornerback.
It's coming, their plan was role with the group we have and fill holes next off season.

I hear ya. Winning this game would have been extra special and we were so close.

This thread is designed for those that need to sound like they are bleeding out and I too yelled a "FUCK" so loud I scared my wife and one of our three pugs. The puppy named "Veronika" (yes) is still getting use to her first season in our immediate Ramily. Can't remember the play.

Maybe this is for another thread since I am not bleeding out over today or any point in this season. I am damn proud of this team. And I have no doubt they are hurting much more than us. They obvious give it their all during the entire season. On the flight back many are already looking at the all 22 for next week while we have the freedom to bitch and criticize them. Yes, that is happening right now as I type this.

If we can't appreciate the talent we have in this front office delivering the impossible then maybe it will never be good enough. For me, these past eight years has been nothing but magical. Since 2017 nothing has changed at the top. And they gave us two visits to a Super Bowl with one win and playoff hopes now every season. Few teams can say that.

So yes, vent on my Ramily. Football life is very good.

GO RAMS!!!

So disappointed. Literally a DNA rifle tease. From the beginning when we was running allover them….We had so many oppurtunities and we couldn’t finish it off. Freakin Jackson is a cat, an escape artist. I can’t count how many times I thought it is going to be a sack…It was a very good game, but disappointing. The Outcome should of been greater.

They won today though. Not sure if the Rams would win a tie breaker if they finish tied for the last spot

If it isn't the offense hanging the D out to dry, it's the Defense taking a shit on the sidewalk and giving up the lead late.

I swear, the fucking secondary couldn't cover a hole in the ground with a plywood plank.

Hate hearing we had headset issues and Stafford didn't get some of the plays called right do to it, always makes me wonder
In the post game interview Stafford said he just couldn't hear and something about the same play or something.

The game had its pressures obviously.
