Yes...Bill Norton may be added to the PS. I noted yesterday that he had suddenly become listed as the 3rd NT on the Rams website, ahead of Keenan, who was listed as the 4th-string NT.
These guys were bad... however anyone who has every told me they were anyone (in the last 20 years).
I go to this thing called google... (yeah i know they sent them fake AI google searches - which would have made me suspicious right away).
I do get amused how people will occasionally wring their hands over 4th string players who have about a 1% chance of ever seeing the field.
But hey... what else is there to do during the pre-season.
And an even less chance of being a star. It's called the Shiny New Toy Syndrome.

To be honest what I saw out there of OG Bill Murray .....is a guy who is crazy about playing football for the Snead/ McVay and the Rams.....how can you measure that?????/
I remember when that one troll guy on the St Louis Post-Dispatch Rams Talk forum changed Sam Bradford's middle name to "Bitus" on Wikipedia.
It was an early lesson in hackers and jackasses.
I don't think they would spend a fifth rounder on a player if they had any clue he was going to be a 4th stringer but I do have to wonder if it was an attitude thing because he wasn't getting any playing time.
But between him and Tre Mason we have to stop drafting those Auburn running backs. They sure did look great in college but didn't transition well at all.
He looked pretty impressive in his college tape and it's amazing that a guy who is 5'9/205 can squat lift 685 lbs.
That's crazy really.
Plus I remember dozens of people on here creaming their jeans over the idea of finally getting a home run hitter and watching that 4.4 speed at work.

Where do you get that stat from?

Someone who didn't play up to somebody's *opinion* of where they should have or somebody out of the league two years after being drafted?
It's all relative.
I would think a fourth rounder would be drafted hoping to get a solid player and I would imagine that's where most of them end up.
Contributing to the overall team.
The 15% is off the top of my head after tracking various studies on hit rates per round over the years.
It definitely depends on how you define success, but a quick google search says the success rate of 4th round picks is anywhere from 8% (quality starter) to 20% (starter).
Im really bummed Connors couldn't beat out rivers. Even on ST, Rivers has never impressed me. I feel like the rams are just playing it safe at that position which I don't really like. But in mcsnead I trust

Keenan had a youtube breakdown of his play in preseason. He was really solid stopping the run. Surprised about this.
Pressley seemed really polished. Sad to see him cut.
Redman - We might regret this. I feel like he was the smoothest TE we have had on the field in a while.

Gee. Six Interior Offensive Lineman out of nine with two more interior guys placed on IR (Still thinks that's where Trost winds up) leaves the team with 3 Tackles.
One OT may get suspended and working with blood clots.
And the backup swing OT is 36 years old and is probably best on the right side.
There's has just got to be a move more than just pulling up an AJ Acuri off the practice squad.

Ya I saw that video too, it's difficult to say that an NT "pops" or "stands out" or not, because his main job is to eat up space in the middle, so that OTHER players can "stand out". You DON'T want your big bodied NT in the backfield, you want him clogging the middle & tying up the OC & OG without being moved, which he did with aplomb.
He was indeed good vs. the run, maybe not on the stat sheet, but I also saw him being held at least once. I think the NFL's refs aren't flagging Offensive Holding like they used to do.
