I’m not going to lie, bit disappointed to see Monty Rice go.
These early cuts are the guys they likely want to bring back tomorrow night since they will clear waivers in 24 hours.

Not so sure about that one.
Maybe I missed someone, but after a quick perusal, but it looks the Rams haven't signed a player released a day before the deadline to the practice since 2023 (Tanner Ingle).
Plus I read somewhere that players released over the weekend won't clear waivers until Monday.
I thought Monty Rice played really well, hope he gets on the PS.
Yeah, my mistake. I thought it was 24 hours from the time a guy is cut. However, I did see that 1 pm Monday is the time limit for teams to claim players released this weekend.
I think one of my biggest questions is going to be Redman. Do they trade him or do they try to sneak him on to the PS. Doubt we keep 7 so somebody is getting cut/traded.
The Rams cut there other TE’s. I guess we’ll have to see what his value is.
The F”d up thing is The Hags keep claim Rams on there roster. IMO though they just had 2 big signings & there roster is pretty stacked now that there HC has settled in more.

Had some hope Hill-Green would show something and get on practice squad because we need depth there but he was about as non-existent as a player can be in preseason unless I just completely missed plays he made.

Any TE who has learnt to play in our system is more valuable because other teams want to imitate 12 and 13 personnel. I could see a dozen teams putting in a waiver claim on Redmsn who will be a long time NFL player if 12 and 13 become standard

I thought that TE Mark Redman looked impressive in his pass catching & blocking in comparison to TE Max Klare. He was the best TE by far we seen in the 3 pre season games. Redman & 4 yr veteran Davis Allen look very close in style & how they run their game. Redman is very smooth in his actions & his pass catching looks effortless.
Both TE Colby Parkinson & TE David Allen will be UFA when this 26 season concludes. Leaving Rams with a 35 yr old TE Higbee & youngsters Terrence Ferguson & Max Klare.
I will be very surprised if we see TE Mark Redman being available for our PS16 Monday afternoon.
