If you start calling the game by the rules, most players will change how they play to match the rulebook. For the first couple of weeks after calling the game by the rules, there will be lots of penalties and long games, but that will only last a short period of time. Yes, the D will get a lot more sacks, etc. So if the league doesn't like it, then fucking change the rules, don't fucking ignore them.
