Not to mention his trajectory changed. He literally is falling forward and towards the sideline after being step-for-step with the receiver.

What the fuck you watching Zebra?!
After the infamous DPI non- call against the saints, I thought it would be useful to put a tiny camera on the front of every official's hat bill. That way when fans complain about missing an obvious call they would be reminded that officials have to make real time calls, often without a good angle.

If a referee was found to be looking right at the Higgins facemask, but didn't throw the flag, then it was an obvious mistake. If no one had a good angle though, that's just part of football and you have to get over it.

I didnt realize that inadvertent facemasks were such a thing.

When it comes to a PI call. It doesn’t when an offensive lineman. There is difference in how they game is played. The Rams did get the calls for pass interference late in the game to go ahead of Cinncy. That call changed the game so much.

You could argue that the Rams are already up at least 16-13 late if the OPI is called. They could have settled for a FG there, go up 6 and let Donald do his thing.

So that TD changed the tone of the entire 2nd half.

What's the argument against review for penalties again?

I don't want to make anyone's job obsolete, but with a multibillion dollar enterprise and cameras covering every millimeter of the field, you'd think they'd find a way to be better.

The most annoying are the people whining about this not getting called while simultaneously whining about the hold on Kupp:

Every time we win a big game it's the same old bullshit excuses. We don't get the respect we deserve.
Fuck em, we won the Super Bowl and we are the fucking Champions! All their whining and crying crap makes me laugh.

contrast that to the way the media drool over brady no matter how lucky and how many chances he was given to win the game.

Didn't the refs take away a Rams touchdown on a penalty in the last 2 minutes?
Or was I watching a different game?
Isn't taking 6 points off the board a bigger impact than getting 4 yards and a new set of downs?
Normally I’d be joining the complaint but I’m partying like a rock star in Vegas

I would jump all over this if not for the outcome of the game. No offense to anyone with a grievance here, I‘d rather celebrate the win over things that can’t be changed.
Plus.
I know we got away with at least 1 false start on that last scoring drive to win the game.

I jumped out of my seat, pissed off.....but....no flags.

I really enjoyed the fact that the refs let them play.

When you hold Kupp every play on the final drive sooner or later a flag will be thrown. It’s just a fact. And the biggest missed call by far was the blatant face mask by Higgins. That one play erases ALL missed calls against the Rams as it completely changed the game.

Ramsey didn't impede the receiver on the way to the ball. Scott was there to de-cleat him anyway!

No, we don't have to get over it. We can ask for systemic change. There's no reason for fans on the couch to be in a better position to call fouls than the actual people who are supposed to call fouls. They can fix it. They should fix it.

Maybe the hold he wasn't restricted but the PI, Kupp was definitely restricted.

I thought they were going to call a holding call again and I saw the replay and I immediately said that is PI.

Kupp was kept from catching a TD on that PI call.

But whenever I see a shirt being tugged back, I believe more often that not, a holding call will be called. And Kupps shirt was held a second on that hold call. It was quick so it could have been a non-call.
Yeah Krupp was definitely held on that play I don’t care if it was slight or not when that jersey pulls away from his body it’s holding

No matter what happened before, there was time on the clock for a final CIN drive before AD ripped their hearts out, snatched their souls!

I've watched a few former DBs (Darius Butler on the Pat McAfee Show) and Aqib Talib on a Cowherd podcast say the hold was the right call. Whether it was DPI or a Hold. I don't think it matters, we were scoring regardless. But they both said it was the right call. And they played DB in the league. I'm sick of these unknowledgeable whiny ass dipshits calling it a bad call.

While they don't realize that the same people who bitch about that, don't say a damn about the missed OPI against Higgins on that long TD.
