The Redskins got rewarded for committing a dangerous penalty. Anytime we see a hold called on a kickoff return just grab a facemask so the ball is back where it was caught, that's what this rule tells me.

Yea, but they have a history of doing that. New coaching staff, but many of the players apparently don't learn too well.
